"World's End Harem" is an adult manga disguised as a boys' manga, currently being serialized in Shonen Jump+. It's an erotic sci-fi story about a world war in which most men have been wiped out by a virus, catering to every sexual fetish, and the conspiracies unfolding behind the scenes. After a delay due to adult circumstances, the anime will begin airing in January 2022. This article summarizes the contents of volumes 7 through 12 of the manga in the second half.
World's End Harem Volume 7 Spoilers
Doi Shota indulges in his lustful ways in his school harem, regardless of the location, and his servile personality has changed. At that moment, terrorists infiltrate the school and an explosion occurs. Shota learns from Karen about the terrorists' presence and that there are four other men who are resistant to the virus. Shota also learns that Karen is trying to change her personality and rise to the top. Shota joins Karen's plan and forms a cooperative relationship with her.
Volume 7 Spoiler Part 2
The terrorists have captured the fourth Number, Kinebuchi Zen. Kinebuchi Zen was originally a salaryman working in sales. He lived with his beautiful girlfriend, despite being constantly scolded by his boss, Izumi. However, he developed cellular sclerosis and was put into cold sleep. At the same time, he discovered that she was pregnant. He married her before going into cold sleep. Zen wakes up to find himself in custody and forced to become a sex slave to a group led by his former boss, Izumi Kina. Meanwhile, Reito, through a terrorist hijacking of radio waves, uncovers that the virus was artificially created and released, that Chloe and the other members of the UW upper echelons were behind it, and that UW had carried out a plan to eradicate all men from the entire world. Reito then comes face to face with Number 3, Shota Doi, who has grown up through accelerated growth.
World's End Harem Volume 8 Spoilers
After learning the true nature and purpose of UW, Reito and the other male Numbers are forced into house arrest by UW. Shota's officer, Karen Kamiya, currys favor with Chloe of UW and requests the post of Secretary of State. Reito escapes his pursuers with the help of Erika's accomplice and escapes the country. Kyoji is unable to escape and is placed under semi-house arrest, but he is able to communicate with Reito via a private line.
Volume 8 Spoiler Part 2
With the help of Miku Suou and Ria Katagiri, Reito escapes to Taiwan and finally reunites with Erika Tachibana. There, he learns of the terrorist organization Erika belongs to. They are working to carry out a terrifying plan to eradicate men through the UW virus and take control of the world. However, there are factions within the terrorists, and the fourth Number, Zen Kinebuchi, is being exploited as a sex slave in a closed settlement by a faction of terrorists.

Number 4, also known as Zen Kinebuchi, was forced by a faction of a terrorist organization to engage in masochistic training, forcing him to engage in sexual acts while unable to even feed himself. Eventually, Zen and the women performed a ritual called a festival. After an abusive SM play, Zen Kinebuchi awakened as Izanagi and transformed. He engaged in a wild orgy with the women present, completely satisfying them all. Afterward, Zen lost consciousness and lost his memory. Doi Shota's classmate, Hoshino Shion, had a shot at becoming a talent, but her final interview involved mating. Kamiya Karen, the personal officer assigned to her, then almost forcefully brought along Kitayama Reina, Kyoji Hino's mating partner, as her new mating partner.

Kyoji Hino, upon learning of this, launches a raid on Shota. In reality, Shota had no intention of making a move on Reina; it was a deliberate plot by Kamiya Karen to stir up trouble. Meanwhile, Reito, on the run overseas, is confronted by a mysterious armed group. A mysterious, busty beauty in a Chinese dress rescues Reito and his friends from the group. The woman, who calls herself Bingbing, leads him to a hideout and attempts to seduce him, but Reito knows she's not serious. Bingbing takes Reito to her grandmother, who wields influence throughout China. Meanwhile, Kyoji learns that his child is a boy with resistance to the virus, and is convinced that the UW will definitely take action.
World's End Harem Volume 10 Spoilers
With Bingbing's guidance, Reito meets an old woman who looks like a fortune teller. She is none other than Lady Lu, a boss with great influence throughout China. Lady Lu tells Reito that three Americans, including Chloe, known as the "Three Wise Men," are plotting to eliminate men and create a world of women only. Onihara and his team, who are in Japan, are rebelling against UW and attempting to independently develop a vaccine, and he notes that the bombed-out facility was likely a vaccine laboratory, not a virus laboratory. He then performs a fortune-telling session on each man, telling Reito that one path leads to a peaceful one, where he'll spend the rest of his life with the woman he loves, and the other leads to a hellish path, where he'll be manipulated by numerous women.
Volume 10 Spoiler Part 2
Lord Lu hands Reito the virus crystal. However, Chloe is standing behind him. Reito and his friends fly to the Principality of Rosania in Europe, home to one of the world's leading research facilities. Princess Anastasia is known for her eccentricity, but in reality, she is detached and immediately begins the wedding ceremony with Reito. The Principality of Rosania is poor in resources and relies almost entirely on imports. Having lost her parents and siblings, Anastasia is burdened with a heavy responsibility. Reito promises to help Anastasia's parents and siblings, who remain in cryosleep, and Anastasia introduces him to a certain person: Ragini Singh, a leading expert in virus research. Upon meeting her, Reito learns that in order to develop a vaccine, virus crystals must be injected into Reito's body, that he will likely die, and that sexual intercourse will be necessary to activate his hormones.

Reito develops close relationships with each of the women, but Erika herself has been excluded from mating candidates. He learns the reason for this: Erika has been administering some kind of drug to herself. After tracking down Erika's location and questioning her, she confesses that she has a gynecological disease that renders her unable to bear children. The medication she was given was intended to suppress the symptoms of the disease.
Volume 11 Spoiler Part 2
Suou Miku, who closely resembles Erika, is actually a clone of Erika, created to replace Erika, who is unable to bear children. Miku's need to eat several times more than a normal person and her constant maintenance are side effects of the excessive growth stimulation. Finally, Reito begins work on creating a vaccine. It's a potentially fatal endeavor: injecting virus crystals into the body.
World's End Harem Volume 12 Spoilers
After being injected with a high concentration of virus, Reito was on the brink of death. Even with Reito's strong resistance, it was only a matter of time before he met his end. Furthermore, propaganda was spread around the world claiming that the Principality of Rosania had kidnapped Reito through UW's operations and was planning to inject him with a high concentration of virus and kill him. However, thanks to the will of Erika and the others, Reito overcomes the virus's power and completes a vaccine. The completed vaccine is administered to the Grand Duke of Rosania, demonstrating its effectiveness. Meanwhile, Chloe, the mastermind behind it all, claims to have already taken action regarding the completed vaccine. The immediate issue is whether the baby boy he conceived with Hino Kyoji is resistant to the virus.
Volume 12 Spoiler Part 2
Kyoji escapes with his agent, Isurugi Neneko, to protect his child and the pregnant woman. Reito splits up to provide the vaccine to the world, and Reito himself returns to Japan to reunite with Kyoji and the others. Enraged by Kyoji's escape, Chloe attacks Rosania with missiles, attempting to eliminate all of the Numbers. While Karen was supposed to be working in cooperation with Chloe, she actually protected Hanyu Yuuki from Chloe and her team, and was not completely aligned with Chloe. Yuuki was pregnant with Shota's child, and the baby was a boy resistant to the virus, so she was evacuated, which was the reason for her disappearance.
Volume 12 Spoiler Part 3
Reito reunites with Kyoji and reunites with Miku. Kyoji's child is born safely, and Reito and Miku unite. However, Chloe and her allies are closing in on them. Kyoji is shot by Chloe. Chloe reveals that they are the masterminds behind a plot to create a world exclusively for women, and attempts to bury everything in the dark. However, Shota Doi, Karen Ueda, Zen Kinebuchi, and members of Izanami appear before them. They rescue Reito and his friends, but Kyoji is not. The video of Chloe and her allies' atrocities, filmed by Karen, is exposed to the world. UW withdraws from Japan, and anti-UW riots break out across the country. Reito is devastated, and Chloe makes a cryptic remark that the vaccine is rigged. Then, Shota Doi became the president of Japan, and Karen Kamiya became his de facto ruler as his assistant.
