Based on a light novel, "Spy Classroom" tells the story of a group of girls who are recruited to be spies and team up to succeed. The original manga sold over one million copies in circulation during the first season, making it a huge hit. The second season is scheduled to air in July 2023, garnering even more attention. This anime is also known for its impressive voice cast. This time, we'll introduce the voice cast of the main characters!

Introduction: Story Synopsis

Following the end of the largest world war in history, international organizations based on the principle of peace were established in various countries around the world. Reflecting on the high number of casualties, countries around the world began to consider war a poor value for money. Ten years after the end of the war, the world is now engaged in a "shadow war," an information war between spies, rather than a light war fought with swords and bows. Amidst this, a group of girls who were dropouts at a spy training school are gathered together and form a team... What will their fate be?

Yuichiro Umehara (Klaus)

Yuichiro Umehara, who plays Klaus, is a male voice actor from Shizuoka Prefecture. His favorite voice actor is Houchu Otaka, and he aspires to become a voice actor for foreign films like Otaka. He began his career as a voice actor around 2014 and has appeared in a variety of productions. Around 2018, she fell ill and took a temporary hiatus, but returned to voice acting that same year. She currently appears in so many titles, playing a variety of key characters, that it's hard to believe she was ill.

Amamiya Sora (Lily)

Amamiya Sora, who voices Lily, has appeared in many well-known titles, including Aqua in "KonoSuba: God's Blessing on this Wonderful World!". As a child, she was introverted and shy, but she had a strong desire to change that. Influenced by her anime-loving friends in high school, she decided to pursue a career as a voice actress. Amamiya is known for her love of the color blue, and often wears blue clothing. Although it's the same color blue, Nao Toyama preferred light blue in elementary school, but as she entered junior high and high school, she began to prefer darker shades of blue. Aqua also has blue hair and wears blue clothes, so it's probably a happy thing for her to have a connection to her favorite color.

Nao Toyama (Jibia)

Nao Toyama, who plays Jibia, has appeared in various works, including Karen in "Kiniro Mosaic." She describes her voice as "undistinguished," and believes that this is what allows her to perform a wide range of roles. She has said that she wants to become a voice actress capable of acting so well that people are surprised when they see her name in the credits, and indeed, Jibia's voice and Karen's voice are completely different. Many people were probably surprised to learn that they were the same person.

Miki Ito (Grete)

Miki Ito, who plays Grete, has played important roles in various works, including the BanG Dream! series and "The Quintessential Quintuplets." Ito is well-known for her love of Kamen Rider, and has spoken of her love for the series on voice actor programs. She has also stated that she likes the Ultraman and Super Sentai series. Unusually for a voice actor, she has appeared in the official dance video for the Super Sentai series' ending theme song and in the Kamen Rider movie.

Ayane Sakura (Sarah)

Ayane Sakura, who plays Sarah, excels at a variety of voices, from cute, girlish ones to energetic ones to cool ones. Originally a member of a theater company, she decided to pursue a career as a voice actress after her voice training instructor advised her to pursue voice acting. Incidentally, it was later revealed that she and Fuwa-chan were high school classmates. They hadn't met at the time, but realized they were classmates after receiving a call from her manager.

Tomori Kusunoki (Annette)

Tomori Kusunoki, who plays Annette, is probably best known for her role as Setsuna Yuki in "Nijigasaki High School Idol Club." Although she has now stepped down from the role of Setsuna, she has garnered attention for breaking new ground with her role as Makima in "Chainsaw Man." Annette's voice sounds very different from either Setsuna or Makima, demonstrating Kusunoki's wide range as a voice actress.

Aoi Yuuki (Monica)

Aoi Yuuki plays the role of Monica, but what role do you think of when you hear her name? Many people probably associate her with Madoka Kaname from "Puella Magi Madoka Magica." While she has also played a variety of other characters, primarily young girls, a cool character like Monica may be relatively rare in Yuuki's career. Many people were probably surprised to learn that she shares the same voice actress as Madoka.

Sumire Uesaka (Tia)

Sumire Uesaka, who plays Tia, is a highly educated person, having graduated from Sophia University. She began working as a voice actress while still a student there, and excelled academically, even receiving the Sophia University Academic Excellence Award. It's incredibly difficult to achieve academic success while also working in the entertainment industry, so it's truly impressive. She uses the Russian she learned in college to demonstrate her fluent Russian in "Girls und Panzer."

Inori Minase (Erna)

Inori Minase, who plays Erna, has played a variety of roles, primarily young girls, including Chino in "Is the Order a Rabbit?" and Rem in "Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-." Some people may have guessed that Minase was the voice behind Erna. In fact, it's not widely known that in addition to her voice acting career, she also appeared as an idol in the TV drama "Amachan."
