It's unclear whether this will be mentioned in the anime, but Benimaru actually does get married. Benimaru's partner is Momiji, a member of the Tengu tribe. In fact, Momiji is Hakurou's child. This means that Hakurou becomes his stepfather. It may seem a little strange that his stepfather is one of his subordinates, but that's how Hakurou feels about his relationship with Momiji. Incidentally, it was Rimuru, Souei, and Shion who gave him their support.
