Norio Wakamoto was born on October 18, 1945, in Yamaguchi Prefecture. In addition to his voice acting career, he is also active as an actor and narrator. A Man with an Unusual Background

Born in October 1945, he was born in Nagato, Shimonoseki City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, and raised in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture.
