A physics teacher. He chalks up lazy students. He has known Chosokabe Motochika for a long time. She is also nicknamed Sayaka by Chosokabe Motochika. Her appearance is a bold adaptation of modern clothing. Her upper body is particularly exposed, giving her the image of a "capable older sister."

Relationship with Keiji

Keiji often makes passionate advances towards her. Perhaps because of this, he pretends to find Keiji's appeals annoying, but in an attempt to somehow get the stubborn Keiji to give up, Magoichi decides to give him an impossible task, and his surprisingly lenient condition of getting 80 points or above on the next test leaves no trace of his true feelings. When Keiji ultimately fails to achieve this condition, Magoichi scolds him, saying, "You can do it if you try, so don't try anything sneaky." Keiji also becomes jealous of Motochika, who seems to be on good terms with Magoichi.

Magoshi Saika in Sengoku BASARA

First appeared as a playable character in "Sengoku BASARA 3." She is the third leader of the Saiga clan, a group of skilled mercenaries. She has a cool and proud personality. She is extremely proud of the Saiga clan's strength, and just as the entire clan believes in the motto "The individual is the whole, and the whole is the individual," she adheres to the Saiga clan's philosophy as a whole, rather than as an individual.

Her Hatred for Oda Nobunaga

She and the Saiga clan call themselves the proud "Yatagarasu," but she calls those who dare to think or speak foolishly, such as Motochika, "crows" (meaning "fools"). Her predecessor (Maguichi Saiga II) was killed by Oda Nobunaga, and the Saiga clan was once almost wiped out. Since then, she has harbored an extremely strong hatred for Oda Nobunaga.

Personality

She is extremely cautious, unswayed by money or emotion, and only makes contracts with those who highly respect the Saiga clan. Although he is a calm and intelligent person, he also has a somewhat airheaded side, as seen in his introduction to Keiji Maeda, where he continually calls Maeda Toshiie "Toshi" and Matsu "Big Sister Matsu."

Appearance

The bold twist is that Magoichi Saiga was a woman. This is based on the fact that historically, there were characters among the Saiga clan who appeared to have female names. The idea was, "Since 'Magnoichi Saiga' is a successor name, wouldn't it be appropriate for a woman to assume it?" His outfit is simple: simple armor, leggings that look easy to move in, and a loincloth wrapped around them.

Battle Style

His battle style basically involves using a single magnum rifle, but he can also use his unique skills to switch to a shotgun or machine gun for normal attacks. She also handles heavy weapons such as grenades, rocket launchers, and landmines with fuses. She's a good match for Nohime, who can pull out a Gatling gun out of nowhere.

The voice actress is Sayaka Ohara

Belongs to the Tokyo Actors' Cooperative (Haikyo). Born December 6, 1975, in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture. His younger brother, Takashi Ohara, is affiliated with Ken Production. Like fellow voice actors like Koichi Yamadera, he is known as one of the few people to have regular appearances on terrestrial radio programs, not just anime radio. He shares a special connection with Yamadera, namely, several regular appearances on bayfm.

Major Roles

As a voice actor, he is primarily known for playing mature characters, older sister characters, and adult female roles, but occasionally plays young boys or cool female roles like Erza Scarlet. In addition to his voice acting career, he also frequently does narration work for variety shows and commercials.

Summary

This work explores a parallel world, exploring the theme of "What if warlords were modern-day high school students?" Most of the characters are students or teachers at the private "BASARA Academy." Magoichi Saiga's check throwing style is modeled after the battle style of the original Sengoku BASARA series. Gakuen BASARA also has setting materials such as the uniforms worn by each character and report cards made public, so in a sense it is a legitimate alternative story to the Sengoku BASARA series, so be sure to check it out.
