She is characterized by long purple hair and a troubled expression with drooping eyebrows. She also wears a navy blue uniform and skirt with a large red ribbon. She appears to be a kind and beautiful older sister character, but as is her familiar personality in BASARA, she also exudes a somewhat scary side. As she is Oda Nobunaga's younger sister, we'll likely see glimpses of this side in the game.

Oichi is a member of the school's discipline committee, but her role within the committee is to support the chairman, Nagamasa, also known as Asai Nagamasa. Nagamasa is engaged to Oichi, and they are characters who often hang out together at school. Maintaining discipline within the school is a top priority, and their activities as the Disciplinary Committee, centered around Nagamasa, are also noteworthy.

She has long, slender stature and long, wet-crow-colored hair, embodying the image of a "peerless beauty." Although she is unaware of it, she also possesses a side to her that is a bewitching woman who uses her natural beauty to control her subordinates from behind the scenes. She also possesses a weak heart, unusual for a BASARA, and seems to be somewhat intoxicated by misfortune, which is why she is often treated coldly by the warlords she opposes.
Bold Appearance
Her outfit features boldly arranged armor. Specifically, her right arm is covered by a sleeve down to the wrist. Her left arm is equipped with a large shoulder pad and gauntlet, leaving her upper arm exposed. Her torso is clad in form-fitting armor, with the Azai family crest, a three-layered tortoise shell, on the left chest. Her skirts (kusazuri) are positioned considerably higher than her waist, creating a semi-miniskirt-like effect that exposes her thighs. Furthermore, in addition to the aforementioned skirts, there are several curled obi-like sashes attached to the front and back of her skirts, which barely cover her skin when viewed from the side, revealing her legs.
Relationship with Her Brother, Nobunaga
Oichi is open about her role as the sister of her great brother, Nobunaga, and feels responsible for not being able to stop Nobunaga's reckless actions during his lifetime. She also finds it annoying that others expect her to be Nobunaga's only understanding partner, and she herself feels pessimistic about this.
Relationship with Her Husband, Azai Nagamasa
In the third Sengoku BASARA game, Sengoku BASARA 3, the Azai clan was destroyed, and Oichi was returned to Nobunaga and led a wandering life. However, in Sengoku BASARA 4, her husband, Azai Nagamasa, appears as a character, marking the first time they have appeared together as a married couple since Sengoku BASARA 2: Heroes. She adores her husband, Nagamasa, and finds him her emotional support, and there are times in the game where she is willing to do anything for Nagamasa.
Oichi in Historical Facts
Historically, Oichi was a woman who appeared between the Sengoku and Azuchi-Momoyama periods. She was the younger sister of Oda Nobunaga, a famous feudal lord of the time. Born as the fifth daughter of the Oda clan, she was 13 years younger than Nobunaga. Oichi is also famous for being the legal wife of Azai Nagamasa and Shibata Katsuie, making her a major figure in the Sengoku period. She was said to be the most beautiful woman of the Sengoku period, and possessed a wise and thoughtful personality.

Sengoku BASARA places great importance on character performance, and Oichi is known as a powerful character. In the game, she possesses the element of darkness and wields a double-headed naginata, a weapon with a spear-like handle and a long sword blade.
