The protagonist of this work. A high school student living in Tokyo in 2014. He uses his abilities to save Minami and Alma from a pinch. After that, he is suspected of being involved in a large-scale terrorist incident called the Olympic Terror, and is assigned to the Countermeasures Division with his functions greatly restricted by Commander Shiga.
Countermeasures Division Member 2 Minami Kamizono
A former police officer in the Traffic Division, she is cheerful, has a strong sense of justice, and is a passionate person, but she is also reckless and foolhardy, and her body moves faster than her head. Taisakuka Member 8 Kimura
An employee of the Taisakuka who is active in the field. He basically works as a buddy with Kondo, but in the Human Bomb arc he is brainwashed by EX-ARM and ends up holding Kondo back. Kimura doesn't have many good points, but in the Auctioneer arc he secretly conducts undercover investigations, preventing the rescue of a US agent and an attack on the Taisakuka headquarters, and delivering Ogre to Akira before the final battle.
Countermeasures Division Member 9: Hibari Kirizuki
She is the secretary to Section Chief Shiga. She wears glasses and has a calm and collected personality. Akira says to her, "You're doing a good job dealing with such a scary person," but she replies that there's more to it than that, and she is also a good friend of Section Chief Shiga.
