What is EX-ARM anyway?

They are parts that are attached to the human body, and the large-scale terrorist attack that occurred in Tokyo in 2020 is said to be the first contact with EX-ARM, and all of the EX-ARMs are said to have been involved in the terrorist attack. Although the technology greatly improves the level of modern technology, it has been distributed to underground and military organizations and used for crimes, leading to the establishment of a countermeasure division in the Japanese police.
Part 1: EX-ARM “No.00” holder Akira Natsume
EX-ARM, which houses Akira Natsume's brain. By connecting it to electronic devices, it allows for super-large-scale hacking, easily defeating military protection, and can even interfere with patrols and GPS in the city if they are electronically controlled. It was seized from a criminal organization by Minami Uezono and Alma of the EX-ARM Countermeasures Division, and after many twists and turns, it is assigned to the countermeasures division. It is suspected that he was involved in the first contact with EX-ARM in the past, but he has no memory of it, and EX-ARM is still shrouded in mystery.

A cutting-edge SA-class combat body developed by Iriya Heavy Industries. It is a combat robot with overwhelming performance and control power, but it is so high-performance that it requires control by Akira's EX-ARM "No.00" to fully utilize its specs, so it is essentially a dedicated machine, but the part that can directly accommodate the brain core unit of EX-ARM "No.00" is actually the main body of Ogre, and by directly connecting the unit, it can maximize its functions. And that accommodation unit is EX-ARM No.01.
Part 2 EX-ARM “No.08” “Through Hand” Holder Batohara Combatant
EX-ARM has the ability to penetrate anything, including walls and bullets. Due to its nature, it can nullify many weapons, including bullets. However, since it passes through everything, it cannot attack while activated, and its effective range is limited to the front of the user, and it cannot pass through backwards. No.11 EX-ARM "No.00-β"
A unit developed at the same time as Akira's EX-ARM "No.00". Another "No.00" and another Akira. Like Akira, he has large-scale hacking capabilities and was the culprit behind the devastating blow to Tokyo during the Olympic terrorist attack. He was created by Akira's older brother, Natsume Shuuichi, and killed Shuuichi, and it is also implied that he fought Akira in the past.
No. 12 EX-ARM "No. 11" "Gravity Manipulation"
EX-ARM that manipulates gravity. It was the EX-ARM that caused large-scale destruction during the Olympic terrorist attack and is considered the most threatening of all the EX-ARMs currently in existence. No.12 EX-ARM is the generator for No.11, and when used in combination, it can have a large-scale and wide-area effect. Without a generator, performance is greatly limited, continuous use is impossible, and the effective range is limited to about 3km.
No.13 EX-ARM “No.16” “Time Stop”
EX-ARM creates a sphere and creates a space where time is isolated. It can only stop time within it, but it cannot stop time and go around behind it. It is used as a trump card to outwit Auctioneer β, and to buy Akira time to entrust the EX-ARMs No. 11, No. 09, and No. 16.
