What's the plot? What kind of work is it?

Protagonist: Nagumo

Simply put, this work is a reincarnation story. One day, our protagonist, Nagumo Hajime, is summoned to another world, Tortus, along with his high school classmates. They are summoned by Ehito, the one and only god worshipped by the Holy Church Association. The human race has been fighting against the demon race for hundreds of years. However, the tide of the war changed when the demon race began to enslave monsters. Realizing that the human race was on the brink of extinction, the god summons Nagumo and his friends, and so the story begins. Our protagonist, Nagumo, is an inconspicuous character in his class, and becomes gloomy every Monday when school starts. He doesn't seem like the central figure in the class.

Synopsis What's the story?

How to Start Nagumo

Nagumo Hajime is Alone

His summoned classmates have professions such as heroes, and possess superior stats compared to ordinary humans in this world. However, the protagonist, Nagumo Hajime, is a mediocre alchemist, and his stats are nothing special. Meanwhile, he enters the Great Orcus Labyrinth as part of his training. A trap activates, releasing a behemoth, and Nagumo falls alone into the underground.

The Protagonist Becomes Stronger

After falling underground, Nagumo loses his left arm in a battle with a monster. Nagumo had almost given up on life, but he began fighting to return to his original world. He defeated nearby monsters and began eating them. His body was repeatedly destroyed and regenerated, his appearance changing. He then discovered that he gained the abilities of the monsters he ate and his stats increased. He escaped from the underground and began capturing and eating monsters. (This part of the story feels a bit like Tensura.)

Learn the Laws of the World

Nagumo learned the law of this world (why the war is happening) through a certain incident. He learned about the relationship between God and the rebels and the Seven Great Labyrinths. The rebels were God's servants who challenged God. God was using their own pawns to fight for territory. The rebels, realizing this, attempted to kill God, but were defeated and fled to the world. Ultimately, they created the Seven Great Labyrinths. Nagumo and his friends began conquering these Seven Great Labyrinths.

Synopsis: Who is the heroine?

Yue

Yue's Cover

Yue is a vampire. At the age of 12, she awakened to her powers through atavism, and by the age of 17, she ascended to the throne of the vampire tribe. However, when her uncle ascended to the throne, she was executed. However, she continued to regenerate, and no one could kill her. So, she was ultimately sealed away. She travels with Nagumo, who breaks the seal. She has a youthful appearance, which is a bit of a lolita.

Shea Hauria

Rabbit Tribe

Shea, a member of the Hauria tribe, is a demi-human with rabbit ears. She can directly control magical powers and use her unique magic, Future Vision. They are apparently called the Rabbit People. She begins traveling with Nagumo and his companions after they emerge above ground and beg them to help her tribe. She successfully injures Yue during combat training, and Nagumo asks her to travel with him from now on. They then successfully return to their homeland.

Synopsis: What about the classmates?

The classmates were summoned together. As per their original goal, they are training for the battle against the demons. This work does not feature many simultaneous episodes, and the story primarily focuses on the protagonist's actions. As a result, we don't know how the classmates are doing until the protagonist and his group meet the teacher who was summoned along with them in town.

Synopsis: The Seven Great Labyrinths

The seven great labyrinths created by the rebels. Conquering them all is the key to Nagumo's return to his original world, and it seems necessary in the battle against the unreasonable god. The main story from now on will likely revolve around conquering these seven great labyrinths.
