When the school's Madonna, Shirasaki Kaori, happened to talk to him, he became shunned by those around him. Meanwhile, Nagumo is summoned to another world along with his classmates, but his status is unusually low for someone from another world. However, after being betrayed by his classmates, he falls to the lower levels of the dungeon, where he continues to eat magical beasts to survive. He then learns the techniques of the magical beasts he eats, and his status improves rapidly. When Nagumo emerges from the first dungeon, he becomes so powerful that he is said to be the strongest on earth.
