In this work, "How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom," there are of course battles with other countries to rebuild the kingdom, and what's needed here is "strength." The strength to defeat enemies with simple physical strength. The strength to use your head and subordinates to turn the tide of battle in your favor. The strength to use your own special abilities that normal people can't have. The strength to be good at working behind the scenes. And so on... There are many different types of strength, even though it's all called "strength." In this article, we'll be ranking and introducing who would be the strongest (and most troublesome) in a 1 vs 1 fight.

10th place: Halbert Magna

Halbert Magna

10th place goes to Halbert Magna. After meeting Soma in the former army, he was transferred to the Imperial Army. When he first appeared, he continued to verbally abuse Soma, which resulted in Aisha using an iron claw, Rishia using ice magic to hold him to his throat, and Juna threatening him with a knife from behind. After that, he was punished by his father and was in tatters, so Halbert had no good points, but his skills on the battlefield were enough to overwhelm the enemy generals. He can use fire magic and can also use long-range attacks by enchanting his spear and throwing it. She also seemed to have a lot of power, as she easily split the enemy general's torso and armor in half without magic.

No. 9 Juna Doma

Juna Doma

The ninth place is Juna Doma, who serves Soma as a diva. Although she serves as a diva rather than a combat personnel, her true identity is a spy (granddaughter) sent by the Three Lords Excel, and she also goes by the name "Canary", the leader of the 2,000-man special unit "Marine Corps". Although he belongs to the navy, the stage is designed for landing battles and surprise attacks, and in the battle against the Amidonia Principality Army, he launches a merciless surprise attack from the top of the valley. He is skilled at taking command as a leader, but his personal strength is also quite high, as he can see through the opponent's strength at a glance.

8th place - Suel

Suel

The 8th place is Suel, who came as a reinforcement from the village of dark elves. To repay the favor to Halbert for saving his daughter from a landslide, he only appears at the fortress to help and is treated like a mob character, but he surprised Halbert and his friends by shattering an iron ball with a bow and arrow imbued with wind magic. He destroyed the iron balls fired from the cannon, which the halberd's javelins could not deal with, with 100% accuracy. "It's easier than hunting a falcon," he said with a confident look on his face.

7th place Excel Walter

Excel Walter

In 7th place is Admiral Excel Walter of the Navy. There were no battle scenes in the story until the end of the battle with the Amidonia Principality, but he seems to be such a powerful man that the enemy army panics just by appearing. He uses water-based magic and can raise a huge water pillar from nothing just by raising one hand, so his magical power is considerable. They are a long-lived race that has lived for over 500 years, and in front of Excel, the other three princes are treated as children. In particular, Castor has a history of wooing Excel in the past, and since then he has married Excel's daughter, so he is not in a good position to look up to her. He seems to be more of a strategist, and although there are still many unknowns about his personal strength, he is believed to be quite strong in terms of his knowledge and magical power.

6th place: Kazuya Souma

Kazuya Souma

The sixth place is Kazuya Souma, the protagonist of this work. Before coming to the other world, he was an ordinary student, and his military power is only that of an ordinary person. Therefore, he is good at managing domestic affairs and is not the type to lead the charge in battle, but he is incredibly skilled with the dark magic "Living Poltergeists" that he was able to use in the other world! He can freely control anyone he touches, and his abilities grow rapidly as the story progresses. At first, all he could do was move three pens at close range, but by the time war broke out with the Principality of Amidonia, he was able to control them remotely. He also controls a costume called "Musashi Boy" and is active as an adventurer with his precise movements.

5th place: Ludwin Arcus

Ludwin Arcus

5th place goes to Ludwin Arcus, the young commander of the Imperial Guard. Unlike the three princes, he appears as Soma's subordinate from the beginning, as he is directly under the King. He has a gentle tone and looks and doesn't seem very belligerent, but when Aisha first appeared and tried to ask Soma for permission to speak frankly, he was the first to hold his sword with a grim expression. Also, despite being the supreme commander in charge of the battle at the fortress, he ignores Kaede's warnings and takes the lead, jumping into the enemy army, saying, "The Imperial Guard has had no good points so far and is not cool." He finishes his mission coolly, and unfortunately, he is not shown fighting seriously, but he is considered to be a very capable person to be the leader of the Imperial Guard at such a young age.

4th place: Aisha Udgard

Aisha Udgard

In fourth place is Aisha Udgard, a muscle-brained dark elf who specializes in "martial arts." Although he is slender, he is a true warrior, and won a martial arts tournament to appeal for the plight of the forest. As a man of exceptional martial talent, he was even said by the Prime Minister to be "the best in the kingdom." He uses a giant sword, and in terms of sheer physical strength, he is equal to or even greater than Castor, one of the Three Dukes. Castor exclaims, "What ridiculous strength." The great sword he uses is not particularly sharp, but rather feels like a heavy, sturdy sword, and he uses it more to knock down enemies than to slash them with it. (In the final battle with the Principality of Amidonia, he had enough power to knock down five soldiers at once with one swing)

3rd place: Castor Vargas

Castor Vargas

The third place is chosen by one of the three princes, Air Force General Castor Vargas. He is a type who acts before thinking, and is a hot-blooded man who values duty and beliefs over profit and loss calculations. This tradition is also strongly inherited by his daughter Kaela. Since he is an air force that attacks from the sky with wyverns, his individual strength is not that great, you might think, but he can compete with Aisha in simple strength, and since he is half dragon, he can also fly. With over 100 years of experience, he overwhelmed Aisha with his skills. Afterwards, he was defeated when he drew his sword against Rishia's surprise attack, but Soma also evaluated that if they had fought together from the beginning, "Castor would have been able to hold Rishia down unscathed and kill Aisha as well."

Second place: Gaius Amidonia VIII

Gaius Amidonia VIII

The second place is Gaius Amidonia VIII, the Duke of Amidonia and probably the biggest enemy in the anime. He had no ability for domestic affairs, but in terms of military strength alone, he was a powerful opponent who was a contender for first or second place. His great sword and appearance make him seem like a muscle-brained brute who only had strength, but he is actually an all-rounder who displays high levels of military strength, magical power, and spirit. His simple strength is impressive, but he also uses gravity manipulation with earth magic to increase the weight of his attacks. He shows how to use his magical powers well, controlling earth for captures and firing stone bullets strong enough to destroy shields. Of course, he is skilled in close combat with his sword, and even treated Carla, the second strongest in the air force, like a child while fighting Soma.

1st Place: Georg Carmine

Georg Carmine

The first place is General Georg Carmine. He was the central figure in the rebellion against the king, and it was thought that he would become the greatest enemy... but in the end, there was no battle scene of Georg even in the battle with the Principality of Amidonia. It remained a mystery how powerful he was. He had served the king since the time of the previous king, and was feared by enemies just by his name as a "veteran general." Even corrupt nobles thought, "I don't want to make this man my enemy." In terms of age, he is not as old as Castor, who has been fighting for over 100 years, or Excel, who has lived for over 500 years, but Castor seems to be quite popular with those around him, as he said, "I can't imagine that Duke Carmine would rebel without any thought," and stayed on his side until the end.
