5th place in the strongest ranking: Keisuke Baji
5th place is Keisuke Baji, captain of the First Division of Tokyo Manji Gang. 6th place in the strongest ranking: Hanemiya Kazutora
6th place is Hanemiya Kazutora, No. 3 of Baruhara. He was one of the founding members of Tokyo Manji Gang, but due to a series of misfortunes and coincidences, he was arrested after beating Mikey's brother, Sano Shinichiro, to death, and since then he has lived with a grudge against Mikey. 7th place in the strongest ranking - Shiba Hakkai
