Before the time leap, Takemichi was a hopeless part-time worker, and he remains the same until the sixth time leap. While Takemichi's position remains unchanged, working part-time at a video rental store, Naoto Tachibana, who was supposed to die, survives and becomes a detective, and Sendo's position changes, from low-ranking member of Toman to executive of Toman to hairdresser. However, in both cases, Hinata dies, and in the fourth time leap, he reunites with Hinata, who is still alive, only to lose her right before his eyes.

However, Mikey had no intention of killing Takemichi from the beginning, and died regretting that his life had been nothing but painful. Afterward, he repeatedly time-leaped several times. It was revealed by Kurokawa Izana and Kisaki in Tenjiku that Mikey had fallen into darkness, but he was shot dead along with Naoto by future Kisaki and Izana.
