While he's certainly not what you'd call the "quintessential handsome guy" of today, his masculine, earnest appearance and good-looking young manhood are what I consider to be the typical Japanese good looks.
Tada-kun's Charm #2: Kindness
He seems to have a heart that can't help but care for people in trouble, and in episode 1, he showed his kind nature by taking care of the lost Teresa several times in one day. His character is well-received by those around him, and even his pet cat says to himself, "Mitsuyoshi is a good guy."
Tada-kun's Charm #3: His Words
He's not the type to talk too much, but he has some very cool lines when talking to people he respects, like Teresa and Ijuin. He says these lines especially often to Teresa, but you can hear them throughout the story, so keep them in mind when watching.
Tada-kun's Charm #4: Seriousness
Perhaps because many of the characters around him are somewhat eccentric, he seems particularly serious (lol). He's obviously not bad, but he's not exactly a stickler for discipline. I think he's a character who can handle things in the best way possible.

He's apparently never been in love in his life, and is incredibly insensitive to the idea of love. So, he'll casually kiss someone without even thinking about it, and casually say things that would make the other person's heart flutter. That, combined with his good-natured personality, makes him all the more adorable.
Tada-kun's Charm #6: Friendships
Tada-kun is a serious person, but his friends are all very eccentric. His best friend, Ijuin, is particularly unique, and at first glance, you might wonder why they get along so well. However, Ijuin is actually a very kind person, and Tada-kun recognizes this and is always grateful for it. Male friendship is truly wonderful.
Tada-kun's Charm #7: His Devotion to Family
As mentioned in his profile, his parents passed away 10 years ago. However, for the sake of his sister and those around him, he decided to grow up quickly, which led to his current calm and reliable personality. He rarely reveals or reveals his weaknesses.
