Shiina Kagari is a beautiful woman who resembles Makise Kurisu, the main heroine of the previous Steins;Gate series. Steins;Gate Zero (hereafter referred to as Steins;Gate Zero) is set in a world where Makise Kurisu (hereafter referred to as Chris) was unable to be saved, so the appearance of Kagari, who looks just like Chris, came as a shock to viewers.

Although Kagari resembles Chris, she is a completely different person, and her voice is not Chris's. She's also taller than Chris at 165cm, and weighs 53kg, which is more average than the slender Chris (though she's still generally considered skinny). However, unlike Chris, whose bust size is 79, her undershirt is 86cm, so she has curves in the right places.

Kagari first appears when Rukako brings her to the lab, having lost her memory. Having lost her memory, she is being looked after by Rukako's family and has been staying at their home for a while. When Rintaro first sees Kagari, he's initially surprised by her striking resemblance to Chris (though upon closer inspection, they're quite different).

After Kagari and Rukako visit the lab, Mayuri appears and a change occurs in Kagari. Upon seeing Mayuri, Kagari's expression becomes stunned and she collapses to the ground. Is there something going on between Mayuri and Kagari?

In fact, in the future of 2036, Kagari, a war orphan, was adopted as Mayuri's daughter, making them stepfamily. That's why her last name is Shiina, the same as Mayuri's. When Suzuha traveled to the past in the time machine, Mayuri entrusted Kagari to Suzuha, who was also traveling back in time, in order to save Kagari from a dangerous future.

However, after traveling from 2036 to 1998, Kagari suddenly becomes mentally unstable and points a gun at Suzuha. For the next 12 years, Kagari and Suzuha were separated, but the Upa necklace that Kagari wore around her neck served as a clue, and Suzuha became convinced that the grown-up Kagari was Shiina Kagari.

Kagari Shiina's voice actor is Megumi Han, who voiced Gon Freecss, the protagonist of the hugely popular media series "Hunter x Hunter"! That's surprising! Gon is an innocent, cheerful, and caring boy. His character is completely different from Kagari Shiina's, so no one would guess that Kagari's voice actor was the voice of Gon just by listening to his voice.

Looking at the image, you can also see that Megumi Han is a lovely person. Her forte is tongue twisters, and her tongue twister skills are so impressive that even fellow voice actors are left speechless. Her mother, Keiko Han, is also a voice actress, making her truly a thoroughbred in the voice acting world!

Shiina Kagari is shrouded in mystery, and the reason for her memory loss has never been explained. Also, her appearance is similar to Makise Kurisu by coincidence, and her presence also plays a major directorial role in emphasizing that Makise Kurisu no longer exists in the world of Steins;Gate 0.
