The fifth season of the hugely popular anime "Senki Zesshō Symphogear" has finally been confirmed! This scene is from episode 1 of "Senki Zesshō Symphogear." She unluckily encounters Noise. She's accompanied by a young girl, and they manage to escape together, but are eventually surrounded by Noise. At that moment, I shouted these words to myself and the girl. This scene is similar to the time Kanade saved me two years ago, making it a somewhat thought-provoking scene.

These are the words I said when I greeted Tsubasa. While this greeting may have seemed taboo for Tsubasa, Hibiki herself had been saved by Kanade, and perhaps she spoke this line because she had an image of Symphogear users as strong, noble people like Kanade, something that Hibiki herself aspires to be.

I believe this incident also solidified Hibiki's core values as a Symphonia Accessory user, her determination to never give up on life. And as a twist of fate, she inherits Gungnir, and the whole story begins here.

Hibiki was a victim of the Noise, but with Kanade's help, she was saved. However, there were also people who died as a result of the Noise. Among those who died at the same concert venue as Hibiki was a male student from the same junior high school. This boy was the captain of the soccer team and was considered a promising young man, so dark rumors began to spread about why he had died and the redeeming Hibiki had survived.

Hibiki's father was happy that Hibiki survived the damage to the concert venue, but the daughter of the president of a client company to which his company belongs was killed in the incident. This led to the cancellation of the business deal, making him feel uncomfortable at work, drinking more, and taking out his anger on Hibiki. Furthermore, slanderous notices were posted on her house. She then disappeared.
At the End of the Past
Hibiki, who has such a painful past, fights to "protect the everyday life she can return to." Protecting this everyday life, I believe, expresses a deep resolve to fight. Perhaps that's why she fights without regard for danger, with the conviction that "no one will be hurt."
