What is an enemy (villain)?
The supernatural phenomenon that began with the birth of a glowing baby in China spread quickly around the world and became a commonly accepted quirk in the superhuman society. 80% of the world's population has this constitution, and criminals who abuse their quirks are called enemies (villains). In the midst of frequent robberies and assaults, a profession that uses quirks to protect people appeared, and the heroes that everyone admires were born! It's no exaggeration to say that this world is now heroes vs. villains.
Villainous group?
And among these villains, the Villain Alliance that I will introduce this time is the one that is attracting a lot of attention. The number of members has increased significantly since the initial members and they are currently active, and they are steadily gaining strength. I will introduce each member later, but basically there are no characters with good looks (lol). However, even though they are the Villain Alliance, they are operating with strong feelings. Even if their methods are the worst, they are acting with strong feelings because they have experienced some kind of setback or are infatuated with someone. There are some really terrible members though (lol)
The goal is the same
The ultimate goal is to eradicate heroes. Behind them is the strongest enemy, the boss, who controls the villain alliance. The reason they are so popular is because of their individual personalities and high combat abilities compared to other villains. Some are also deeply involved with high-ranking heroes, while others are powerful enemies that shake the world. They are a mass of distortions in this world. The villain alliance may be the unpleasant parts that humanity has turned a blind eye to.

Shigaraki Tomura
This is Shigaraki Tomura, the leader of the Villain Alliance. He has a strange presence and air, and is morbidly thin. He has light green, curly hair, and many hands are holding him. When All Might punched him during the USJ attack, the hands on his face fell and he said, "I'm sorry, Dad," so each hand may represent someone related to Shigaraki. It's chilling.
Collapse
He's really bad at smiling (lol). Even the police didn't know what his quirk was because he didn't register it, but Shigaraki's quirk is "Collapse." When his five fingers touch a target, it collapses like sand. In the beginning, the parts he touched would collapse into pieces, but recently, his whole body often collapses all at once. In fact, he can't control himself, and if the conditions are right, his quirk will activate on its own. He killed his parents with this quirk, and although the circumstances have not been revealed, it seems that his past was brutal.
Hatred for heroes
Shigaraki Tomura's name is a pseudonym, and his real name is Shimura Tenko. He is the master of All Might (Midoriya Izuku's master) and the grandson of Shimura Nana, the seventh successor of One for All. What an incredible connection. Even All Might was at a loss for words when he found out about this fact. And it seems that something happened in Shigaraki's past, and he hates heroes, and he uses that as his driving force to become an evil leader.
The secret boss of the Villain Alliance!
All For One
This is the secret boss of the Villain Alliance, the real ruler, All Might's nemesis, the world-shaking villain, and the man with many faces who Shigaraki calls "Sensei"! He's so important that I can't sum it up in a few words! Five years before he met Izuku, they both suffered fatal injuries in a battle with All Might. All Might's activity time has become shorter, and All For One has nothing but his mouth and nose, and he cannot survive without a doctor's life-prolonging treatment. Why did they have to fight to that extent?!
For each of their dreams
All Might's quirk, One For All, was originally All For One's younger brother's quirk. It was passed down to several people in an attempt to stop his twisted brother, and it is, so to speak, a justice quirk to defeat All For One! Speaking of All For One, he has used his quirk to sell favors to people and make them his subordinates, while committing evil deeds without moving himself. However, from All For One's point of view, this is also justice. He tried to save people by taking away the quirks of those who had been bullied because of his own quirk, and giving them to those who lived without quirks. However, it was the first brother of One For All who stood up, saying that this was not true salvation.
What is a quirk?
A quirk is a quirk that allows one to take quirks from others, make them his own, and also give them to others. He is a person who can possess multiple quirks, something that was previously unthinkable. Of course, others who have been given quirks can also use many quirks. That is the Nomu, which will be described later, but it is still inhumane and not something that the majority of people agree with. Incidentally, One For All is a combination of the "Quirk that gives quirks" that his brother originally had (he thought he had no quirk, but he actually had one) and the "Quirk that stores power" that All For One forced his brother to have. So he made his own enemy. How ironic.
Present
All For One is no longer in trouble after the battle between All For One and All Might, which became known as Kamino's nightmare. However, his presence is still large, and his thoughts are properly inherited by Shigaraki and the League of Villains. If he wasn't evil, he would have been a hero who surpassed All Might.
Introducing the Villain Alliance Members! (Original Members)
From here, we will introduce the other members. There are quite a few, so we will introduce the original members carefully. They are all quite strong, so it's worth watching!
Executives
This is Kurogiri, an original member and executive of the Villain Alliance. As his name suggests, his entire body is covered in black mist, and what appears to be his eyes shine eerily. He has a strong relationship of trust with Shigaraki Tomura, and is able to stop his rampage with words. He also uses polite language and appears to be a gentleman, but when he loses his temper, his tone and expression change and become nasty. His quirk is the "warp gate," which allows him to move multiple people to another space, making it a rare and valuable quirk. During the USJ attack, he also succeeded in infiltrating many enemy alliance groups. However, he was defeated and arrested by Gran Torino (a professional hero who was the former master of All Might) in a mountainous area. He has not appeared since then.
Doctor
Up until now, he has only appeared as a silhouette. He is a doctor who helped All For One survive, as we'll see later, and is said to be deeply involved in the creation of the Nomu. There are rumors online that he may be the grandfatherly doctor at Tsubasa Clinic, who appears in Volume 1. It is also said that his grandson, "Tsubasa-kun," may be the winged Nomu that attacked Izuku during the Stain incident. Tsubasa-kun is a boy with a shaved head and wings, who often played with Bakugou Katsuki when he was in elementary school. If this is true, he would be a pretty inhumane person.
Giran
This is not a fighter, but Giran is a very famous broker in the dark world. He provides items, information, and personnel to the Villain Alliance, so much so that even Shigaraki is forced to accept his opinion. Recently, his existence was discovered by the Paranormal Liberation Army, and he was arrested by the police. However, his policy of not revealing any information about the Villain Alliance and not selling customers has probably been what has made his business go well so far.
New member of the Villain Alliance!
Dabi
This is Dabi, who joined the Villain Alliance after being introduced by Giran. His most distinctive feature is that parts of his skin are purple like necrosis and patched up. Sometimes blood comes out of the wounds, and the reason for this has not yet been revealed. And what has attracted the most attention is that he may be the eldest son of Endeavor, who became the No. 1 hero after All Might retired. There are many depictions that suggest that he may indeed be the eldest son, Todoroki Touya. If that's the case, then the battle between Endeavor and Dabi is inevitable. And she's one of the Villain Alliance members whose past is the most interesting. Her quirk seems to be the ability to freely control blue flames. The firepower is so great that during the forest training camp, she burned down the forest in an instant.
Doga Himiko
This is the only female member of the Villain Alliance, Doga Himiko. She's very popular and many people cosplay as her. She's a high school girl and a pleasure killer. Her quirk is "transformation," and she can impersonate her opponent by ingesting their blood. However, the downside is that when the effect wears off, he is left naked (lol). His favorite type is someone who smells of blood and is in tatters. At first, he was in love with Stain, who I will explain later, but now he seems to be in love with Izuku and is trying to kill him. He is a person to watch out for, but he seems to like people who don't reject him, and he is basically a frank person.
Muscular
Muscular is probably the most violent person in the villain alliance. He is a wanted criminal who takes pleasure in tormenting and killing people. He is a very dangerous person with immature and self-centered thoughts, commonly known as the Blood-Crazy Muscular. He is the one who killed Water Horse, the parents of Izumi Kota, who was with the Wild Wild Pussycats at a forest training camp. He is so heartless that he attacks Kota without any remorse. His quirk is muscle augmentation, and he has a quirk and physique that can easily withstand Izuku's special move, the 100% Smash.
Mustard
This is Mustard, a high school boy. He seems to have a lot of hatred for U.A. High School, and constantly talks about his concern for his academic background. Although his defeat was due to his overly high self-esteem, his quirk Gas was still a formidable opponent. He releases pink gas that can drift for a considerable distance. If you inhale it, you will lose consciousness, so a gas mask is essential in battle. He can also judge the number and location of his opponents by the fluctuation of the gas, making him a very difficult opponent to deal with.
Moonfish
I wonder how the members of the Villain Alliance communicate with each other, and this is Moonfish. His quirk is a tooth blade, which extends from his sharp teeth and slices his opponents. He also moves swiftly, showing his considerable experience. He also uses this blade to move around, so he can only be described as a psycho killer. He was actually an escaped convict, and seems to be a born killer.
Spinner
He is the only member of the Villain Alliance who is half lizard-man and not human in appearance. He is an extremely devoted follower of Stain. He prioritizes Stain's ideas over the Villain Alliance's goals, so he tends to disrupt the group. His quirk is currently unknown. As shown in the image, he combines many knives together to create a large sword, which he uses to create a very powerful weapon and attack. The fact that he can easily wield a sword of this size shows that he has a lot of experience and puts in a lot of effort. Also, the fact that he easily falls for Manderley's charms suggests that he is about the same age as Izuku and the others.
Magne
Magne, the only transvestite in the Villain Alliance, is real name Hikiishi Kenji, but is treated like an older sister by the Villain Alliance. His goal is to make the world a better place to live in, and he hates things like stereotypes and rules. His quirk is magnetism, and he can apply magnetism to anyone within a 4.5m radius of him. He can also disable the other person, and if they get within range, they will be captured. During the forest training camp, he got into a fight with Tiger from Wild Wild Pussy Cats, and the fight between the transvestites made him a little relaxed (lol)
TWICE
He is a silent blonde man (lol) His real name is Bubaigawara Jin, and his quirk is Twice. Although his quirk is simple, it doubles the size of the target, but even a slight impact (such as a broken bone) will break him like mud. During the forest training camp, he uses his quirk to double Dabi and successfully buys time. Also, because he is mentally unstable, he is talkative and has a split personality, and expresses two different opinions. He says what he really thinks first, and what he says later is the opposite of what he said at the beginning. In any case, he is the noisiest and most charming character in the Villain Alliance!
Mr. Compress
Mr. Compress uses many masks to change his expression. He has a gentlemanly appearance and is a magician whose quirk is said to be compression. (Not yet revealed) This quirk compresses the target into a marble, rendering it immobile. Therefore, he cannot be used as a combatant, but he serves as a commander and support. In the case of Shie Hassaikai, his precious left arm was dismantled by Overhaul, and now he uses a prosthetic limb obtained by Giran.
Noumu
This is the Noumu mentioned above. There are many other types, such as those with wings and those with drills. However, what they all have in common is that they are important combatants of the Villain Alliance, and they have no will of their own. This Nomu has superhuman strength equal to All Might's, regenerative abilities, and many unique traits. He was in a lot of pain, but it's safe to say that he couldn't have been defeated without All Might. He was originally a normal human.

Stain
Dabi, Toga, Spinner, and others are fascinated by Stain, who is nicknamed the hero killer for his unique ideas. He proclaims that heroes are stronger than anyone else, should not ask for anything in return, and can only be obtained through self-sacrifice. He shows no mercy to heroes who do not conform to his ideology, attacking with incredible speed and power. He also says that All Might is the most suitable hero, and that only All Might is allowed to kill him.
Quirk
His quirk is blood coagulation. By ingesting the target's blood, he can paralyze the body for up to eight minutes. However, Stain's strength is that he does not rely on his quirk. His own fighting ability is powerful and fast, which cannot be obtained with ordinary effort, and Stain's fighting ability and strong will, which are more feared than his quirk, are what make him most feared. That is why he is said to have many followers. He is accepted by the public as a so-called dark hero.
