This is the High-End we will introduce this time. It has fan-like wings, a rugged body, and a black face covered with folds. Another important feature is that its entire body is black. Since its first appearance was unexpected, it charged all the way to the restaurant where the current No. 1 hero Endeavor and the current No. 2 hero Hawks were eating yakitori at an incredible speed. Noumu
This is the full view of High-End. He has a muscular body and a face similar to Kurogiri of the Villain Alliance, and like other Noumu, his brain is completely visible, although it is hidden by folds. Noumu have appeared before, but High-End can be considered a completely different entity. As with the conventional Noumu, it is a combat Noumu, and its purpose is to "fight strong people". However, the High-End that appeared this time can think and speak for itself. In addition to having communication skills, it also has good senses. It is considered to be the highest level of Nomu at this stage.
