Top 15 Midoriya Izuku
The first one is the main character of this work "My Hero Academia", Midoriya Izuku. He is a boy who was given the quirk One For All by the number one hero, All Might. His body is still unstable and not yet capable of matching his quirk, so he is still developing, which is why he is ranked 15th.
