Synopsis of "FuriFura"

Yuna Ichihara, who has only ever fallen in love with princes from picture books, meets Akari Yamamoto, who has just moved into the same apartment building. Despite their completely opposite views on love, they start attending the same high school in the spring and become so close that they often visit each other's houses. Yuna falls in love at first sight with Akari's stepbrother, Rio, whom she bumps into on the street at Akari's house! With Akari's help, Yuna gets closer to Rio, but then finds out that he likes Akari...

Meanwhile, Akari's popularity gets her caught up in the troubles of other couples. However, she begins to develop feelings for Yuna's childhood friend, Kazuomi Inui, who protects her and gives her the words she needs. And so, each of their unrequited loves begins to move forward!

Quote 1: "Why are you always looking down? I'm over here!"

This line comes from when Rio and Yuna first met. Yuna, who is in love with Rio, is shy and always looks down when talking to him. Then Rio grabs Yuna's face and turns her to face him, saying this line.

These lines and actions are so powerful that they make the innocent Yuna's heart race even after she gets home. I'd love to see Kitamura-san deliver them.

Quote 2: "I love you, Yuna-chan."

"You think I'm happy just because you know how I feel? That's a total lie! It's not enough. I really hope you'll fall in love with me even now. I don't want you to go and confess your feelings to me. That's how much I love you, Yuna-chan." These are the lines Rio says when he confesses his feelings to Yuna.

Rio fell in love with Yuna after rejecting her confession, so he had given up on the idea of it being reciprocated. However, he wanted Yuna to know his feelings, so he decided to confess to her at the school festival. However, when he was in front of Yuna, his feelings of love exploded! He couldn't help but make this passionate confession. We can't wait to see how Kitamura, who plays Rio, will deliver these lines!

Quote 3: "I've changed a little since then, and I want to tell Rio that I love him again."

Yuna had planned to confess her feelings to Rio again at the school festival, but Rio confessed them to her instead. Rio, who thought Yuna was already in love with someone else, confessed his feelings to her with the line mentioned in Quote 2.

Yuna was so happy that she cried as she said this line. At that moment, Rio, realizing that their feelings were mutual, embraced Yuna in joy. This scene is a highlight of "FuriFura" not only for its dialogue but also for the scene itself! It will be exciting to see what kind of heart-warming moment Fukumoto, who plays Yuna, and Kitamura, who plays Rio, will create!

Quote 4: "Come on, don't grab it."

This line is spoken by Kazuomi, and it comes from the scene that sparks Akari's interest in him. Worried about her family and having caused worry to those around her, Akari feels sad that she can't express what she wants to say.

At that time, Kazuomi took Akari to a "secret place" that he had never told anyone about, in order to hear her story. As they listened to Akari's troubles while looking at beautiful scenery, and were about to go home together, Akari almost fell off the wall she was sitting on. Kazuomi caught her and held out his hand, saying these words. If someone did something like that, even someone other than Akari would fall in love!

This is a scene that every girl will want to see how Akaso, who plays Kazuomi, will act out the heart-fluttering lines and gestures of this innocent character.

Quote 5: "No matter what they say, I'm always there for you."

This is what Kazuomi said when he gave Akari a push. Akari reunited with her middle school classmates at the school festival for the first time in a long time. Before transferring, she was sad and didn't want to leave them, but she couldn't bring herself to say it. However, at the festival, she heard a student in a similar situation crying and saying, "I don't want to leave them," and Akari, though it might be too late now, wanted to tell them how she felt back then.

However, Akari, who has always had difficulty expressing her feelings, lacked the courage to ask Kazuomi to "give me a push." Kazuomi said these words to the scared Akari, and continued with kind words, "I, Yuna, and Rio are all with you, so what do you need to be scared of?" At this point, both Kazuomi and Akari looked embarrassed, so we'd love to see this, and more, in the live-action version!
