A genuine manga nerd, her room is filled with manga. He seems to be so enthralled with manga that he says, "It's no exaggeration to say that I've learned everything important in life from manga." He is handsome, and his beauty has earned him the nickname "Prince."

Kashiwazaki Akane (Ouji) loves manga and spends his days engrossed in reading them, but he seems to really dislike exercise. When he runs, he always runs with Kiyose Haiji (Heidi) accompanying him. Furthermore, when he ran 5000m for the first time, he recorded a time of 33 minutes 13.13 seconds. Prince seemed to dislike running, but as he continued to practice, he gradually began to change, his records improved, and he seemed to have discovered the joy of running.
What does running mean to Prince?

Akane Kashiwazaki (Prince) is the least athletic student at Aotake. This is what happened when Prince and Kakeru Kurahara (Kakeru) happened to meet on campus. Kakeru asks the prince if he is serious about running, to which the prince replies in a loud voice, "I have no choice but to run! My precious manga might get thrown away!" Kakeru lives his life for running, while the prince lives his life for manga, so they don't seem to understand each other. Despite this, the prince says he understands that just as he loves manga, Kakeru and Kiyose Haiji (Heidi) love running and think it's important to them. He continues, with a serious look in his eyes, "Of course I don't want to run. But if I'm the only one person who can crush the feelings of everyone at Aotake and Heidi, then maybe I can run a little." While the prince is often thought of as someone who only thinks about manga, he also seems to love everyone at Aotake, and he seems to give running serious thought as well.
The voice actor for the prince in the anime version is Miyu Irino.
