Kudo Shinichi, a high school detective, is forced to take a drug by a mysterious man dressed in black, which causes his body to turn into that of an infant. This infantilized Shinichi calls himself Edogawa Conan. He solves various cases while living in the home of his classmate and lover, Mouri Ran's father, Mouri Kogoro.
