Finally, ROUND8 of the B-rank battle has begun. Tamakoma 2 tries to prioritize joining up, but they start from the initial position where Hughes is surrounded. Chika and Yuma meet up, but Ninomiya attacks them with a guided explosive. Ninomiya is trying to see if Chika can shoot. Chika is cowering, but shoots a Hound from behind Yuma, who is shielding himself. Seeing Tamakoma 2 and Ninomiya's team fighting, Yuba and Ikoma teams also start to move.
Hughes Surrounded
Hughes is surrounded by Yuba and Ikoma teams due to his poor teleportation position, and he is unable to escape. However, Hughes persists. Osamu tries to get Chika to support Hughes to escape, but he is being watched by the sniper Tonooka and cannot move. So Hughes tries to have Meteora bomb himself. However, at the moment of the bombing, Tonooka shoots at Meteora, causing it to explode. Yuma and Chika are unharmed thanks to the fixed shield, but Hughes is in a desperate situation.

Hughes is surrounded by three units due to the failure of the bombing, and damage accumulates. Though they have avoided fatal injuries so far, the encirclement is thick and the repeated attacks are bringing them to their limit. Hughes is knocked off his feet by Ikoma's Swirling Moon attack and is finally out of options. Hughes then defeats Ikoma with a hidden weapon: a curved bullet. However, Minamisawa takes advantage of the opportunity and defeats him.

The bad luck of the transfer position, the blocking of Meteora, and the defeat of Hughes are bad news for Tamakoma, but there are more developments on the battlefield, and Mizukami, surrounded by Yuba of Yuba Unit and Inukai of Ninomiya Unit, is also defeated, which becomes a point for Yuba Unit. Minamizawa of Ikoma Unit is also nearing the limit of his activity, and Obishima of Yuba Unit goes to retrieve him. Tonooka, who is marking Chika, snipers at Chika as she gets into position to fire her Hound, but this is a strategy to expose Tonooka's position, and the sniper is well guarded with a shield. He aims his Hound at Tonooka, who jumps off the sniping point to escape, but Oki from Ikoma's team, who was hiding there, defeats Tonooka.

Two members of Ikoma's team are shot down, putting them at a major disadvantage. Oki, the remaining sniper, tries to join up with the wounded Minamizawa, but is targeted by Ninomiya's composite bullet and is led to where Tsuji is waiting. Oki is defeated by a flash of Kogetsu, and Ninomiya's team gets a point. On the other hand, Minamizawa is fleeing and Obishima is on the defensive, and with Yuma joining the battle, it becomes a three-way battle. Minamizawa is the most powerful and there is a high possibility that Osamu is hiding somewhere, so he tries to join forces with Obishima, but Obishima prioritizes points and defeats Minamizawa. With this, Ikoma's team is completely wiped out.

Yuba was chasing Inukai relentlessly, but his gun-running away worked, and Inukai joined up with Tsuji. However, Yuba is an attacker-killer gunner who can unilaterally defeat attackers, so he was not at a disadvantage. However, Ninomiya Masataka, the captain of Ninomiya Squad, appears there.
Obishima VS Yuma
Obishima wanted to somehow lead Yuma towards Ninomiya Squad while running away from him, but Osamu, who had read his intentions, had set up a wire with Spider beforehand. Yuma cornered Obishima in the wire zone and defeated him with an attack that made full use of Grasshopper.
Ninomiya vs Yuba one-on-one
With the sniper gone, Tamakoma's team can now effectively use Chika's bombing. Ninomiya's team and Yuba try to bomb the battlefield, but Ninomiya intercepts it. Ninomiya then leaves the bombing to Inukai and Tsuji. Ninomiya challenges Yuba to a one-on-one fight. Yuba had the choice of whether to accept the one-on-one fight or not, but instead of running away, he chose to fight head-on. With Chika's location revealed, Ninomiya's team takes action. He sends Tsuji and Inukai to retrieve Chika, while Ninomiya takes on Yuma and Osamu. Osamu instructs Chika to hold back one of them while defending herself. Ninomiya aims for Yuma with a full attack, and Osamu waits for that moment. However, Tsuji, who was aiming at Chika, suddenly turns around and goes for Osamu. Ninomiya's team's aim was not to hold Chika back. However, at that moment, Chika sniped Tsuji. Tsuji was wary of Red Bullet, but not of normal bullets. Chika shot Tsuji with Ibis.

Tsuji was defeated, and Ninomiya's guard was not open, so it was a rare chance. Osamu aimed at Ninomiya and fired a bullet. However, Ninomiya saw through it and avoided it. But at that moment, Osamu was sure of victory. Osamu's bullets were not asteroids with linear movement, but hounds. Normally, asteroids and hounds have a power difference, so they would normally be found out. However, Osamu's low power due to his low trion level did not reveal anything, and he had been pretending that it was an asteroid. He defeated Ninomiya, who was completely outwitted. Inukai defeated Chika, but since the final points would not change even if he continued, Inukai also chose to make an emergency escape. In the final match, Tamakoma 2 won by snatching 66 points.
