El Condor Pasa (CV: Minami Takahashi)
A bright and friendly American returnee, she is a classmate of the main character, Special Week. Everyone affectionately calls her El Condor Pasa, or El-chan. Historically, Tokai Teio's father was Symboli Rudolf, so it's likely that they're related. She's an Uma Musume who speaks in a complex way, using four-character idioms throughout her everyday conversations.
TM Opera O Voiced by: Aozora Tokui
She claims to be the fastest, strongest, and most beautiful girl in history. She's a narcissist, and quite a troublesome girl. The historical TM Opera O also had an undefeated record for an entire year, so the claim that she was the fastest and strongest isn't entirely a lie.
Narita Brian CV: Yuka Aisaka
She's also one of only three Triple Crown Uma Musume, following Rudolf. He is usually very cool and rarely laughs or shows emotion, and is considered scary by those around him, but Hishi Amazon unilaterally decides that Narita Brian is his rival and treats him accordingly. The two get along very well.

An entertainer-type Uma Musume with great style who loves to entertain people. She is also the dorm manager of the dorm where the Uma Musume live and has a very kind personality, taking care of Special Week at the dorm on her first day at the school, and asking Suzuka to look after Special Week who has just transferred to the school.
