Have you heard of the popular content "Tsukiuta?"? It's a music project featuring captivating songs and stories woven together by characters representing each month from January to December. It has also been adapted into an anime and game, and the long-awaited second season is set to air this year. "Tsukiuta." features two idol units, and in this article we'll introduce one of them, "Six Gravity."
What kind of unit is Six Gravity?
Six Gravity is an idol unit made up of the male characters from December through May in the "Tsukiuta" series. Nicknamed "Gurabi," the group's leader is Hajime Mutsuki, who is in charge of January. Their dorm rooms are on the second floor, and their manager is Kanade Tsukishiro. Their distinctive outfits are often black-themed. The members are all incredibly unique. Incidentally, all of the characters in "Tsukiuta" age just like they do in the real world. The changes in character are also fun, with members who were young at the start of the project now looking more like adults. Currently, they are introduced by their ages and heights as of 2018.
Six Gravity Member #1☆Kakeru Shiwasu (December)
First up is Kakeru Shiwasu, who is in charge of December. He's cheerful, honest, and easily moved to tears. He's also a hardworking boy who works part-time jobs, and for some reason, he's always broke. He seems to treasure his shop cards and points, saving them up. Although he's prone to misfortune, he also has an extremely positive outlook, giving him a very strong personality. His sudden flashes of knowledge and behavior have led to rumors that he might actually be the son of a wealthy family.
Why is he always broke?
In fact, in the drama part, it's revealed that Kakeru is the son of a wealthy family. The reason he's broke and working part-time is because he's living alone, having run away from his tricky father. Apparently, he lived alone in a rundown apartment, but now he lives with everyone at Tsukino Dormitory and has quit his part-time job.
Six Gravity Member #2☆ Hajime Mutsuki (January)
I'm Hajime Mutsuki, the leader of the group. Born on January 8, 1996, I'm 23 years old (as of 2018). I'm originally from Tokyo, and my image color is purple. He has a dignified presence that belies his age, and those around him call him "King." He's the leader of the group, and while he's egocentric and doesn't particularly seek out the opinions of others, and can be a bit of a pain, he's quickly become the center of attention. He's also surprisingly caring, which makes him well-liked by everyone. He's quiet and doesn't talk much, but every word he says carries weight, and he can be sharp-tongued and sarcastic. However, he seems surprisingly kind to younger people and animals.
A charismatic young man who excels in both academics and sports!
He's a charismatic young man who not only holds the top grades in his grade at Japan's top junior and senior high school, but also excels in martial arts, tea ceremony, and even kimono dressing. However, he has a weakness (?) - he's not good at "Roaring Rock, Roll!" (Perhaps because his reflexes are too good?) The only person he shows his age is his partner, Yayoi Haru. And while he seems unaware of it, Hajime seems to have a lot of fun interacting with Haru. He also apparently has such a close relationship with the Shimotsuki family, the family of Procellarum member Hayato, that they're known as "Mutsuki of the East, Shimotsuki of the West," though they themselves seem unaware of this.
Six Gravity Member #3☆ Kisaragi Koi (February)
Next up is Kisaragi Koi, who will be playing the February role. Born on February 14th, his voice actor is Masuda Toshiki. He is a modern boy who loves fashion. He is a good talker, has many friends, both male and female, and is charmingly quick on his feet. He is often mistaken for a playboy, but he has a strong core and a surprisingly manly personality. He is also well-informed and sometimes has connections that surprise those around him. His hobbies are shopping and karaoke, and his special skill is karaoke. He also seems to be very good at games. He loves sweets like chocolate. He is good friends with Kakeru, the December boy, and is often caught up in Kakeru's bad luck. He is also often treated as a "disappointment" when it comes to love.
His younger sister is Kisaragi Ai
He is also the twin brother of Kisaragi Ai, who voices February in the female version of "Tsukiuta." He often acts like an older brother to her, but those around him say his younger sister is far more responsible. Apparently, the hairpin he always wears was a gift from Ai on his fifth birthday. Incidentally, Ai's sweets are said to be the most delicious in the world.
Six Gravity Member #4☆Yayoi Haru (March)
Yayoi Haru, the March member, is a calm, kind, and good-natured young man. He is relied upon and admired by those younger than him. He is also Hajime's best friend, and the only person to whom Hajime shows his true age. His hobbies are reading and watching movies, and his special skill is playing the piano. Born on March 19th, he is voiced by Maeno Tomoaki.
Sometimes called the "King of Trivia"
She loves trivia, and Hajime sometimes calls her the "King of Trivia." Although she has a friendly personality, Hajime often criticizes her, saying things like, "Her smile is shady," "She's mysterious," and "She's a natural flirt." Koi also calls her a "natural flirt." She also has two dogs and one cat at home, named "Harumaki," "Shirataki," and "Chikuwa" (by her mother).
Six Gravity Member No. 5☆ Uzuki Arata (April)
Uzuki Arata, who will be in charge of April, is actually a laid-back boy who pretends to be a cool, mysterious prince. He's always low-key and at his own pace, lazing around like a cat. He shows great concentration when it comes to things he's interested in, but he's also stubborn and unmoving when it comes to things he doesn't care about, making him difficult to handle. His expressionless face also makes him seem cold and cold. He's a childhood friend and best friend of Satsuki Aoi, and sometimes shows his human side in front of him.
His favorite food is strawberry milk
Arata's favorite food is strawberry milk. He loves it so much that he drinks at least one bottle a day. He seems happy when he can drink two bottles, but gets angry after the third bottle. His best subject is math, and his worst subject is classical Japanese. For this reason, he considers Hajime's songs to be his nemesis.
Six Gravity Member No. 6☆ Satsuki Aoi (May)
Satsuki Aoi, the May member, was born on May 5th. He's a refreshing, high-spec prince, a handsome boy with an almost too-refreshing beauty. He never complains or grumbles, and is a mature, handsome man. Naturally, he's very popular with girls, but he's also good friends with boys, so he doesn't attract their envy. Incidentally, he sometimes shows a childish side in front of his best friend, Uzuki Arata. He often plays the role of supporting everyone.
He's a great cook!
She's also dexterous and a great cook. Her specialty is ravioli. She can also bake cakes, which is why she's praised for her femininity, but she doesn't seem to be too happy about it. She loves cheese and seems to be good at Italian food in general. She's perfect in every way.
Six Gravity Members Summary!
That concludes our introduction to the Six Gravity members appearing in "Tsukiuta." They're all incredibly unique. Six Gravity was active in the CD and the first season of the anime, but what kind of roles will they play in Season 2?
