He is young and takes charge of national politics. The Empire is a hegemonic nation, but Wayne believes it is a decent country and that selling it would not be a negative for the country. However, the current emperor's death completely changes the situation. While lamenting how things have turned out, despite wanting to sell her country, she ends up making it prosper.

However, just before that, she discovers that Wayne was top of his class when he studied abroad in the Empire. After being assigned to a less-than-perfect position, she is picked up by Lowell Mina and becomes her aide.

Nanaki Raleigh Voiced by Yuki Sakakibara

Nanaki Raleigh is voiced by Yuki Sakakibara. Born September 18th, she is a voice actress from Okayama Prefecture. She is affiliated with 81 Produce, and her notable works include the role of Yotsumono Juyon in "Hypnosis Mic" and the role of Kamijo Gagaku in "Readyyy!"

A Fram boy with white hair and red eyes, Nanaki serves as Flanya's bodyguard. He's quiet and blunt, but he cares deeply for Flanya. He's skilled in stealth and disguises, and is also physically strong, so Wayne sometimes asks him to carry out top-secret missions.

Xeno/Xenovia Voiced by Yuki Nakajima

Xeno/Xenovia is voiced by Yuki Nakajima. Born September 12, 1997, she is a voice actress from Wakayama Prefecture. She is affiliated with Befect and is known for her roles as Aoi Zaizen/Blue Angel in "Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS" and Yuki Otokura in "The Idolmaster Cinderella Girls."
