The story of "The Genius Prince and His Guide to Reviving a Nation from Debt" is about Wayne, the genius prince of the Kingdom of Natra, a weak nation with no money, human resources, or industry. He hopes to sell his country at any opportunity and live a carefree life, but as the situation changes and events Wayne cannot imagine occur, he (unwillingly) gains fame, is noticed for his eccentricity, and faces hardships, but he manages to revive his weak nation. The anime is based on a light novel and will begin airing in January 2022. Here we would like to introduce the voice cast that has been announced so far!

Wayne

The protagonist of this work is the crown prince of the Kingdom of Natra, a weak nation lacking in almost every aspect, including money, human resources, industry, and location. He is young and takes charge of national politics. His people and subordinates expect him to be the next wise ruler, but in reality, he is a lazy person who wants to sell his crappy country to a hegemonic power at any opportunity and live a leisurely life. The Empire is a hegemonic nation, but Wayne believes it is a decent country and that selling it would not be a negative for the country. However, the current emperor's death completely changes the situation. While lamenting how things have turned out, despite wanting to sell her country, she ends up making it prosper.

Ninim Raleigh Voiced by Rie Takahashi

Ninim Raleigh is played by Rie Takahashi. Born February 27, 1994, she is a voice actress from Saitama Prefecture. She is affiliated with 81 Produce, and her notable roles include Megumin in "KonoSuba: God's Blessing on this Wonderful World!", Emilia in "Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-", Takagi-san in "Teasing Master Takagi-san", and Saito Ena in "Laid-Back Camp△".

What is Ninim Raleigh, played by Rie Takahashi?

Ninim

Wayne's childhood friend and closest aide, with whom he shares a strong bond. She's one of the few people who knows Wayne's lazy nature, and as his aide, she treats him with an especially strict attitude. She's a beautiful girl with white hair and red eyes, but these characteristics are unique to the Flamme race, a race that is discriminated against across the continent. The Natla Kingdom and the Arswald Empire are the only countries that do not discriminate against the Frams, and they are often subjected to discrimination due to their position. When Ninim is insulted, Wayne becomes emotional and brutally beats the insulter to death.

Franya Elk Albarest, voiced by Ayaka Senbongi

Ayaka Senbongi

Franya Elk Albarest is played by Ayaka Senbongi. Born November 24, 1995, she is a voice actress from Saitama Prefecture. She is affiliated with I'm Enterprises and is known for her roles as Mumei in "Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress" and Chitose Karasuma in "Girlish Number." In 2019, she married Yu Hatanaka, who played Ikoma in "Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress," resulting in a much talked-about Kabaneri wedding.

Flanya Elk Albarest, played by Ayaka Senbongi

Flanya

Wayne's younger sister and princess of the Natla Kingdom. She adores her brother deeply and is also very attached to Nini. Unlike Wayne, she has a kind and pure personality. Although she has shown glimpses of her abilities, she is still learning. I hope that Wayne and Ninim will eventually get married.

Lowellmina Aaswald Voiced by Nao Toyama

Lowellmina Aaswald is played by Nao Toyama. Born March 11, 1992, she is a voice actress from Tokyo. She is affiliated with Intention, and her notable roles include Shima Rin in "Laid-Back Camp△," Sasaki Chiho in "The Devil is a Part-Timer!", Yuigahama Yui in "My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU!", and Lyria in "Granblue Fantasy."

This is the character of Lowellmina Aaswald, played by Nao Toyama

Lowellmina

The second princess of the hegemonic Aaswald Empire. When Wayne was studying abroad in the Empire, she attended the military academy under the name of Rowa Felvis, a provincial aristocrat, and was Wayne's classmate and bad friend. Even back then, she showed a level of intelligence that rivaled Wayne's, and together they caused various problems. After the current emperor's death, which led to the succession issue, she attempted to drag Wayne into her quest for the position of emperor. In reality, she had a fondness for Wayne, and it seems her arranged marriage was not motivated solely by ambition. I'm envious of Wayne and Ninim's relationship.

Fish Brandel Voiced by Yoko Hikasa

Yoko Hikasa

Fish Brandel is played by Yoko Hikasa. Born July 16, 1985, she is a voice actress from Kanagawa Prefecture. She is affiliated with I'm Enterprise and is known for her roles as Mio Akiyama in "K-ON!", Emilia Yusa in "The Devil is a Part-Timer!", and Maria Cadenzavna Eve in "Senki Zesshō Symphogear."

This is the character of Fish Brandel, played by Yoko Hikasa

Fish

She is a beautiful, capable young woman with glasses and large breasts, who serves as the ambassador to Natla from the Earthwald Empire. She acts with Natla's future in mind, but the death of the current emperor causes all of this to fall apart. Having already fallen off the fast track to success, she is dismissed after this incident. However, just before that, she discovers that Wayne was top of his class when he studied abroad in the Empire. After being assigned to a less-than-perfect position, she is picked up by Lowell Mina and becomes her aide.

Nanaki Raleigh Voiced by Yuki Sakakibara

Nanaki Raleigh is voiced by Yuki Sakakibara. Born September 18th, she is a voice actress from Okayama Prefecture. She is affiliated with 81 Produce, and her notable works include the role of Yotsumono Juyon in "Hypnosis Mic" and the role of Kamijo Gagaku in "Readyyy!"

This is the character of Nanaki Raleigh, played by Yuki Sakakibara

Nanaki

A Fram boy with white hair and red eyes, Nanaki serves as Flanya's bodyguard. He's quiet and blunt, but he cares deeply for Flanya. He's skilled in stealth and disguises, and is also physically strong, so Wayne sometimes asks him to carry out top-secret missions.

Xeno/Xenovia Voiced by Yuki Nakajima

Xeno/Xenovia is voiced by Yuki Nakajima. Born September 12, 1997, she is a voice actress from Wakayama Prefecture. She is affiliated with Befect and is known for her roles as Aoi Zaizen/Blue Angel in "Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS" and Yuki Otokura in "The Idolmaster Cinderella Girls."

This is the character of Xeno/Xenovia, played by Yuki Nakajima

Xeno

A liberation army officer who accompanied Wayne on his journey to Cavalline, representing Helmut, the second prince of the Kingdom of Marden, which was destroyed by the Kingdom of Cavalline. He is intelligent and observant, but he can also be easily emotional. His true identity is actually Princess Xenovia of the Kingdom of Marden, who was the leader of the liberation army under Helmut's name. Because of her intelligence, she admonished her incompetent father, and was exiled to a villa. As a result, she escaped the perils of the Cavalline faith and became the only surviving member of the royal family.
