Overlord is attractive for its detailed settings, grand worldview, and many hints that will impress any fan. The third season of the anime is scheduled to air in the summer of 2018, and the original novel is also a big hit. I would like to introduce a character from Overlord, the dark hero Momon.
Who is Momon?

Momon is an adventurer who is active in the adventurer's guild in E-Rantel, a city in the Re-Estize Kingdom. He wears a crimson cloak and black shining armor (full body armor) with gold and purple patterns, and his face is covered with a helmet (closed helm), so his appearance cannot be confirmed. According to the adventurer Rukurut, who saw the face created by the illusion, it looks like an old man's face. He is of human race. Momon's true identity is Ainz, who has changed his occupation to warrior.

Momon's strength exceeds that of an ordinary person, and he has completed one difficult request after another, becoming the third Adamantite class in the Re-Estize Kingdom. He fights with two swords that are about 150 cm long. As he has never actually fought an opponent as strong as Momon, it is unknown what his combat abilities are, but he is believed to be the strongest warrior in the world after reincarnation. When transformed into a warrior, Ainz is unable to use most magic (actually only about five), so he fights simply using his high physical abilities. Although both were farce, the public recognizes his strength as being able to defeat Yaldabaut (Demiurge). A legendary warrior, he is known as the Jet Black Hero due to his appearance.

She looks like a girl in her late teens, with a ponytail and black slits in her eyes. She has very white skin and is very beautiful. She is so beautiful that she catches the eye of both men and women when she walks down the street. It is said that she can use third-tier magic. In reality, she is Narberal Gamma, one of the Pleiades, a maid combat group from the Great Tomb of Nazarick. It was Narberal Gamma who defeated the mastermind of the terrorist group Zuranon. She can use eighth-tier magic.
Wise King of the Forest Hamsuke

A great demonic beast that has had the southern part of the Great Forest of Tobu as its territory for about 200 years. A warrior who encountered it before called it the Wise King of the Forest, and so the name and rumor spread. In reality, it is a species of giant hamster from the Yggdrasil era. It has the appearance of a larger hamster with a long, stiff tail. He is around level 30 and a formidable opponent for humans, but to Momon (Ainz) he is a small fry. However, he decides to use him to his advantage, taking advantage of his fame as the master of the Wise King of the Forest. As a result, he ends up exposing himself as a fool riding a hamster.

Relationship with the Blue Rose Evileye

Evileye, one of the Blue Roses, appears to help Tina and Gagaran who come into contact with Entoma, who is transporting supplies for the Eight Fingers. Entoma, who has the worst compatibility with Evileye, is defeated, but when he sees Yaldabaut (Demiurge) who comes to help him, he feels the overwhelming difference in power and advises them to retreat, but Tina and Gagaran are killed instantly. Momon appears when Evileye is no match for him. After seeing him fight on equal terms with the overwhelmingly powerful Yaldabout, Evileye begins to develop feelings for Momon. However, for Ainz, who cannot relax when he is in Nazarick, it may be a place where he can relax. Furthermore, if the world recognizes Momon as a hero, it is thought that they will be able to use him in the future when it will be beneficial for Nazarick.

Momon became even more famous after the Gehenna incident at Yaldabaut. Now that it's known to the world that Ainz is able to defeat beings with immense power, estimated difficulty level 200, it's likely that he will face problems and enemies in various countries in the future. The Gehenna incident was also a plot by Nazarick (which Ainz is unaware of), but it's highly likely that Nazarick will be the mastermind behind the problems that will occur in various countries in the future, and it's likely that Nazarick will also be preparing the strong enemies that appear there. Momon's existence is solely for information gathering, so it's unlikely that he will do anything too conspicuous.
