Naruto is a story serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump about a young ninja boy who aspires to become the Hokage, the leader of his village.
In the world of Naruto, there are many different characters who fight using all kinds of techniques.
Today, we'll be introducing a ranking of the strongest characters from all of the characters that have appeared in Naruto.

10th Place: Fourth Raikage A

Raikage A is a ninja and leader of the Hidden Cloud Village.
He is characterized by his muscular body and slicked-back white hair. He has a very warlike, rough, and easily angered personality. He also has a hot-blooded side.
