My Maid is Too Annoying! is a popular series currently being serialized in Monthly Action. It was originally written by Nakamura Kanko and was finally adapted into an anime in October 2018! The series' tagline is "A perverted fighting housekeeper vs. a Russian elementary school student - a heartwarming home comedy?" and exactly as the tagline suggests, it is a comedy that depicts the hectic daily life of the strongest maid and a young Russian girl. This time, we'll be introducing three new hamsters who will be joining Misha's Kumagoro as pets and companions!

The Takanashi family lost their mother to illness. Due to her busy schedule, the father decides to hire a housekeeper, but the daughter, Misha, refuses to accept any woman other than her mother. Misha harasses the housekeeper in every way possible, forcing every housekeeper to quit. A new housekeeper arrives at the Takanashi household. Her name is Tsubame Kamoi. She is completely different from the previous housekeepers. With her arrival, Misha's peaceful daily life falls apart, and every day becomes a battle of all-out resistance.
Daikichi, Chukichi, and Shokichi

These are the three hamsters that were newly added to the anime in episode 4: Misha and her fun-loving friends. As I'll explain later, due to various circumstances, the number of hamsters kept at school grew too large, and the class decided to take some home with them. Like Kumagoro, she's a cute mascot-like figure who shares a heart with Misha. By the way, I have no idea which one is large, medium, or small (lol).
Eri Suzuki

One of the three, Daikichi, is played by Eri Suzuki. She's a voice actress known by nicknames like "Eripyon." She debuted in 2013 and has since appeared in numerous anime. Notable roles include "Furuhagura Ellen" in "Katana Maidens" and "Hori Yuko" in "The Idolmaster Cinderella Girls."
Uno Chihiro

Chukichi is voiced by Uno Chihiro. Since her debut in 2012, she has been making the most of her distinctive voice, which was once a source of her insecurities. Her notable appearances include "Kanegon a Kind" from Daikaiju Rush Ultra Frontier and "Takomi" from Kinder TV.
Bibi

Shokichi is voiced by Mimi, who is affiliated with Kenyu Office. Mimi isn't often seen in anime, but she's a voice actress who's more likely to appear in dubs of foreign films and TV dramas than in anime.
How the Three Came to the Takanashi House

Originally, they were a pair of hamsters kept at school, and Misha and Washizaki were in charge of looking after them. However, Misha ended up skipping school, leaving Washizaki to take care of her on his own. The incident with the family's only two hamsters occurred during summer vacation... As Washizaki was also on summer vacation, he asked the teacher to look after the hamster during that time, but this also led to tragedy and Misha's revival.
The Teacher's Lazy Care

Knowing that they'd be lonely alone, the teacher makes the unfortunate mistake of putting them in the same cage. This would save him the trouble of washing them, killing two birds with one stone. However, hamsters are still mice. The teacher had underestimated the concept of "pyramidal expansion." As a result, the hamsters multiplied in a flash. Before long, the teacher found that their numbers were too great for her to handle.
Misha's Comeback

Perhaps turning a disaster into a blessing. Misha, who loves animals, is plagued by this. In an effort to do something about the hamsters, she holds a class meeting and explains to everyone all the knowledge she learned as a zookeeper, pleading for everyone to do their best to help the hamsters live. As a result, it's an opportunity for classmates who had previously been distant to get to know her, and Misha's school life takes a new step forward.
And the Three Go to the Takanashi House

Of course, Misha, the one who suggested it, also took them in. As a zookeeper, he probably felt guilty about abandoning them halfway through. And so, the Takanashi family ended up taking in three of their many pets. Despite their Russian heritage, Daikichi and Chukichi are given very Japanese names that are also kind of uncool... I wonder why they're so unique? (lol)
Daikichi and his friends' charm point 1: They're so smart

Whether it's Misha's incredible strength or just the fact that she's a super-genius hamster, it's unclear, but after being kept by Misha, she quickly becomes a faithful follower of his commands. Perhaps because Misha loves animals herself, she's naturally very well-liked by them. Together with Kumagoro, they work hard as Misha's fun-loving companions.
Charm of Daikichi and Friends #2: Their Incredible Loyalty

Kumagoro has been desperately trying to protect Misha from Tsubame's evil clutches, and these guys have inherited that same will! They're using their tiny bodies to desperately try to protect Misha from Tsubame's evil clutches, which are closing in on her. Unfortunately, like Kumagoro, they're unable to fulfill their role due to the evil they're up against, but they are incredibly loyal allies.
The Charm of Daikichi and Friends 3: Their Second Mascot-Like Presence

Since it looks like a hamster, and a baby at that, it's very small and cute. Kumagoro is naturally cute, but he adds a different kind of cuteness to the story, bringing a different kind of soothing charm to the story. They say the mouse mascot market is saturated, but cute ones are still cute, aren't they? (lol) It's also adorable that they're such good friends with Kumagoro.
A Summary of Daikichi, Chukichi, and Shokichi!

To Misha, the hamsters have become both her new family and her best friends. Although they may be small, they bravely face challenges and are adorable companions who do their best for Misha. The teacher's somewhat irresponsible care led to an overpopulation of hamsters, but Misha seems happy to have a new friend, so it all works out in the end. The voice actors also give each one a proper voice, which shows the passion of the work. However, it's still quite difficult to tell which are large, medium and small (lol).
