Ever the conscientious girl, Niina dutifully plays the erotic game she borrowed from Umi and has a lively discussion with her. However, the content of the game leaves everyone around her completely shocked.

In the world of cosplay, many different people create costumes with various personalities and enjoy cosplay. When Niina learns this, she feels it's similar to the personalities she has for her Hina dolls. However, she realizes that there are only two weeks until the next event.
My Dress-Up Doll Falls in Love, Volume 2 Story
Niina is anxious when she learns that she has to complete her cosplay costume within two weeks. Furthermore, her grandfather, with whom she lives, collapses after seeing the women's stockings she's purchased in large quantities specifically for cosplay costumes, resulting in an injury that ends up hospitalized. Furthermore, Niina is overwhelmed by the schedule conflicts with the schedule of visitors to her workshop. Still, she remembers her grandfather's words that she can persevere even when it's difficult because she wants people to be happy, and she works hard to complete her costume.

Niina manages to finish her costume just in time, but Marin had only told Niina the date of the next event.
