She's a hot-blooded character who is quick to act once she makes up her mind, and can often be restless, but she also has a quick mind. She became a magical girl with the wish to win first prize in the lottery in order to stop relatives from coveting her grandfather's belongings. Felicia Mizuki
Felicia Mizuki is a first-year junior high school magical girl who works as a mercenary.
