However, he is drawn back into the world of chuunibyou after making a contract with Rikka, a fellow chuunibyou sufferer who admires Yuuta. In the anime version, there are many depictions of the protagonist feeling disgust towards the chuunibyou world, but in the original work, the story unfolds with the attitude that he will eventually get better.
