The second season of "Kaguya-sama: Love is War," which first aired in 2019 and caused quite a stir, is scheduled to begin airing in April. All of the characters are charming and adorable. While each character is equally cute, we've ranked them based on our own personal opinions and biases to determine who is the cutest!
Cuteness Ranking #1: Kaguya Shinomiya
Topping the list is one of the main characters, Kaguya Shinomiya, the daughter of a large conglomerate, a beautiful young woman with exceptional academic and athletic talents. She has feelings for the other main character, Miyuki Shirogane, but her pride leads her to believe that she'd only date him if he confessed to her first. However, Shirogane himself feels the exact same way, so the relationship seems to have no room for development and her focus shifts to "how to get him to confess."
This is what's cute about Kaguya Shinomiya
She's a sharp-witted girl who engages in a battle of wits with Shirogane, using every possible means, but she usually wears a facade. However, when it comes to things involving Shirogane, he sometimes behaves so foolishly that it makes you question whether he's really a genius or not. His naivety also causes him to make big mistakes. His true personality is also a bit twisted, and it's cute how, due to his pride, he sometimes curses Fujiwara, who takes away everything he wants with unreasonable actions that he himself would never be able to do. His stupid behavior may become even more intense in the second season.
Second Place in the Cuteness Ranking: Shijo Maki
Second place goes to Kaguya's distant relative, a young lady from a wealthy family who has now grown to rival Shinomiya. However, she is treated badly and has feelings for a certain boy (a male student who later becomes Kashiwagi's boyfriend). However, that boy, by some mistake, ends up dating her best friend, Kashiwagi Nagisa. She is a loser who is shocked and devastated every time she shows up at Kashiwagi and her boyfriend's dates and witnesses their relationship progress.

In the first season, she only had a line like "So funny!" and was a supporting character who only appeared on dates with Kashiwagi and her boyfriend. However, she actually ranked third in her grade, behind Shirogane and Kaguya, has a personality and mentality very similar to Kaguya, is kind to her juniors, and is a character who makes it hard to understand why she suffered such terrible experiences. At first, she kept her sadness to herself, but after she began interacting with Shirogane and Ishigami, her appearances increased. Although she appears arrogant, she actually has a kind and sensitive personality. Her arrogance doesn't last, and she's a cute character who reveals her true feelings.
Cuteness Ranking #3: Chika Fujiwara
The student council secretary is a free-spirited, laid-back girl. She has a cheerful personality and always shows her true self, making her the polar opposite of Kaguya, who is unable to express herself due to her pride. Because of her lovable personality, she sometimes unconsciously and accurately takes away the things Kaguya wants and wants her to do, earning her resentful looks. She loves talking about love, ramen, and traveling. Her father is a politician and her mother is a former diplomat. Both sisters have impressive fighting abilities (busts).
What's Cute About Fujiwara Chika
Fujiwara is innocent and acts on instinct, but this often results in painful experiences. Her nemesis is her junior, Ishigami, who beats her up violently in the name of reason, despite her generally kind nature. Furthermore, Fujiwara is forced to participate in Shirogane's intensive training, which also leaves her feeling completely beaten down. While she's a beloved character, she's not exactly the kind of person who gets treated well. She's also a beloved character who suffers well, which is what makes her so cute.
Cuteness Ranking #4: Iino Miko
A new character introduced in the second season. A first-year student like Ishigami, she's a talented girl with the highest grades in her grade. She's running for student council president, competing against Shirogane. For better or worse, she has a straightforward and upright personality, and her upright and honest nature, which leads her to believe only in what she sees and hears, sometimes makes her enemies. However, she's also very opinionated, often makes big mistakes, and is easily manipulated or flattered. In short, she's a weakling. In the story, she's treated as a weakling.
What's Cute About Iino Miko

A member of a family that has pledged loyalty to the Shinomiya family for generations, Hayasaka Ai is Kaguya's aide, supporting her both on and off campus. She's a highly capable professional, able to skillfully adapt to Kaguya's unreasonable requests, using her unique personality and appearance to her advantage. She knows both the current and past Kaguya, and is one of the few people Kaguya can be herself with. As Kaguya becomes more and more foolish, she makes increasingly unreasonable demands, and her comments become more and more harsh.
What's Cute About Hayasaka Ai
Usually calm and collected, she faithfully carries out Kaguya's orders, but recently she's become more forthcoming and has become more and more willing to point out her sore spots. However, when she couldn't win Shirogane's heart, she was upset, and sometimes she shows her true self, even though she's a bit of a mama's boy. She's also incredibly visually stunning, and just plain cute.
