Hermès Costello
Serving a prison sentence for armed robbery, he became friends with Jolyne Kujo after they ended up in the same detention center. He has a bright personality, and when the time comes, he is very determined. He awakened to his Stand ability after picking up a fragment of an arrow that Jolyne had thrown away. His sister Gloria was killed while trying to protect Hermes, and he wanted revenge. Having achieved his revenge, he decides to escape from prison with Jolyne and accompanies her to defeat Father Pucci, his arch enemy.

Foo Fighters

A man staying in the "Secret Room" where Emporio was, he is a prisoner serving time for attempted murder. Narciso Anasui
A prisoner serving time for murder, he was staying in the secret room of Emporio, just like Weather Report. He has a unique habit of wanting to take apart anything, and once took apart a luxury car and was sent to the hospital. He was sent to prison after he took apart not only objects but also his lover and her cheating partner. Although the crimes he committed were abnormal, he was diagnosed as normal in a psychiatric evaluation. At first, he was such a dangerous person that it was impossible to know what he would do if Weather was not keeping him in check. Emporio also doubted his humanity, but after hearing Jolyne's story, he became interested in her as a member of the opposite sex and changed into a playful and accurate person.
