When Jolyne and Jotaro woke up, they were in a visiting room. Their bodies were melting while they were dreaming due to the enemy's Stand ability. They managed to escape from the visiting room with Jotaro's ability, but a new enemy Stand, "White Snake," attacked them. Jotaro was robbed of his Stand ability and the "DISC" that embodied his memories, and he was put into a state of suspended animation. Jolyne vowed to get back the stolen DISC to save her father. Meanwhile, a mysterious prisoner named McQueen stands in front of Hermes Costello, who has also awakened to the Stand ability just like Jolyne.

After hearing that a prisoner has gone missing on the farm, Jolyne and her friends volunteer to be part of the search team. Their real goal was to retrieve the DISC hidden in the farm's tractor. During the search, Hermes notices something strange. The search team, which was supposed to be five people, somehow became six people. After that, they fight a group of plankton called the Foo Fighters in the wetlands. The Foo Fighters were life forms given intelligence by Father Pucci.

After a fierce battle with the Foo Fighters, Jolyne and her friends decided to work with her. One day while playing catch, a female prisoner named Mirachon appears. She offers Jolyne and her friends a bet: "Whoever doesn't last 100 times will get $100." Jolyne and her friends are wary, but they decide to go along with the bet. However, Mirachon is not just a gambler, she is a Stand user. She was greedy and a liar, and had a bad habit of stealing things, but Father Pucci recognized her bad nature, inserted a DISC into her, and made her a Stand user.
Synopsis ⑥ To Savage Garden!
To hand over the DISC she got at the farm, she must get past the guards and get to the courtyard. There is only a short time left until the time limit. At that time, a boy in a baseball cap, Emporio, appears and guides her to a certain place. Of the two men she meets there, one named Weather Report will be working with Jolyne. On the way to the courtyard, Jolyne encounters Father Pucci, who begs her to let him through, but Pucci lets her go. However, she doesn't just let him go, but sends new pursuers to the courtyard.
