Cool and stoic Kisaragi Chihaya
She has long straight black hair (that looks bluish) and sharp eyes, giving off a cool impression. She is a serious person who believes that singing is the most important thing and prioritizes singing above all else. The reason she became an idol was because "singing" was at the center of her life, and she thought she could sing in various situations such as TV, live performances, and recordings. Although she has very high singing ability, she also has a stoic personality and always trains. She is not good at socializing, and was rude to the producer at first. She seems to get along well with the members of 765 Pro.

As mentioned above, Chihaya became an idol to sing, so she is not interested in TV appearances or gravure photo shoots, and she is not very motivated. She does it calmly just because it leads to singing work. However, with the encouragement of her producer and the support of Haruka and the other members, Chihaya gradually began to give her all to work outside of singing, breaking down her barriers. With the support of everyone at 765 Pro, Chihaya, who had been alone until then, finally found an ally.

Chihaya is mature and cool, but she also has a girly side. She likes cute things like dogs and small animals. Out of all the 765 Pro members, she likes Yayoi, and when she sings she blushes and cheers her on, saying "Takatsuki-san...". She also loves to laugh, and seems to have a unique way of laughing, even at lame jokes. She also seems to hate losing, and when she repeatedly gets scores in the 60s in a karaoke rating, she persists for a long time until she gets a perfect score. Like a girl her age, she worries about the smallness of her breasts, and when she sees Azusa and Takane's large breasts she says "...hee" in frustration. This seems to be a frequent subject of jokes within the story.

Chihaya's past is told as a very important part of the story. Chihaya as a child was a brighter, more energetic girl who loved singing and would show off her songs to her younger brother "Yu". However, Yu dies in a traffic accident right in front of Chihaya. Chihaya feels guilty that she was unable to do anything for her brother at the time of the accident and simply stood there in shock. The accident also led to a rift between her parents and they divorced, and Chihaya, disgusted by relationships with her parents and other people, begins living alone. It is because of this past that Chihaya has become the dark side she is today.

Chihaya, who came to visit Yu's grave on the anniversary of her death, happens to meet her mother, Chigusa, and they get into an argument. A corrupt photographer and rival agency 961 Pro, who witnessed the incident, write an article exaggerating Chihaya's past. "Chihaya let her younger brother die." After reading the article, Chihaya is so shocked that she can no longer sing. With her singing voice gone, there's no point in continuing as an idol, so she decides to quit being an idol and leaves the agency.

765 Pro takes action for Chihaya, who has left the agency. Haruka takes the lead in writing new songs for Chihaya and sending them to her. As Chihaya sings to atone for her sins against her younger brother, Haruka says to her, "Isn't it okay to sing because you want to?" Chihaya remembers her past self singing happily and Yu listening to her with joy, and resolves to stand on stage once again. However, when she tries to sing, she still can't make a sound. Chihaya despairs, thinking it's all over, but it is the members of 765 Pro who help her. They sing together with Chihaya, right next to her. Thinking that she has friends, Chihaya finally regains her singing voice. This makes Chihaya more cheerful, and she becomes more proactive in the various idol jobs.
