Azusa is tall and slender, with the best proportions in 765 Pro. She joined the agency after graduating from junior college, so she is older than the other idols, including Ritsuko. She has a very gentle and generous personality, and because of that she doesn't put herself forward much, but watches over the members of 765 Pro from behind. She is kind and willing to listen to anything and give advice, so Ritsuko relies on her. At the beginning of the story, she had long hair, but after it was decided that she would debut as part of the new unit "Ryugu Komachi," she cut her hair short.

She is childish in that she is too gentle and indecisive, and has a sweet tooth. Azusa is easygoing and has a unique, relaxed atmosphere. That atmosphere creates a mysterious space that makes the people around her happy. Azusa helps lost children to be safely reunited with their parents, painters who are not good at painting masterpieces produce masterpieces as soon as they see her, and even depressed animals become cheerful when she smiles. Miracles happen when Azusa walks through town. The atmosphere that Azusa exudes cheers up people both physically and mentally, making them happy.

Azusa's biggest achievement is the big commotion in episode 8. After being proposed to by an oil tycoon by mistake, she causes a big commotion in a wedding dress that involves the whole town. However, she also became Cupid, bringing the two together by introducing the oil tycoon to his true fiance. In episode 10, during the agency athletic meet, she is not very good at sports, but her large breasts swaying every time she runs captured the hearts of the audience and drew attention to 765 Pro. As an idol, she is the face of 765 Pro as Ryugujo Komachi, but she also shows talent in other areas such as being a good singer and having great acting skills.

In episode 18, as Ryugujo Komachi's solo secret live performance approaches, something happens to Azusa. She has caught the mumps. Still, everyone quickly forgives Azusa when she apologises in her own way, saying "I'm so sorry". The concert itself is a success, with Ryugu Komachi's producer, Ritsuko, performing in her place. Having overcome this minor difficulty, the bonds between the members of Ryugu Komachi have only deepened, so in a way, the commotion caused by Azusa may have been a good thing.
