Who will make it to the top four?
In the Tokyo preliminaries, only three high schools will be able to advance to Spring High (the national tournament). After a fierce battle, the top four schools were Fukurodani Academy led by Bokuto, Nekoma High School led by Kuroo and Kenma, Tobi Academy, and Itachiyama Academy led by Sakusa.
How will they fare?
A tournament will be held. First, Fukurodani Academy will face Nekoma High School, and then Tobi Academy will face Itachiyama Academy. Of these, three schools will advance to Spring High. Fukurodani Academy and Itachiyama Academy were the first to advance. The third-place match was a battle between Nekoma High School and Tobi Academy. Season 4 Spoiler #2: Kageyama is Invited to Training Camp

Season 4 Spoiler Part 3: National Tournament - Tsubakihara Match
The national tournament is finally upon us! After a practice match against Date Tech, Karasuno High School's players have grown stronger and are ready for the Spring High Tournament. Despite various mishaps, they make it through the first round without incident. Unaccustomed to the unusual environment, the players struggle, but with the support of their spikers, they overcome the obstacles. Yamaguchi also performs well, and Karasuno High is gradually gaining momentum. Here, Kageyama and Hinata's fast attack, followed by Kageyama's two-pronged attack, give the team complete momentum.

We also know that a new character, Hosiumi Kourai, will be appearing in Season 4. This is sure to be a welcome surprise for fans. Hosiumi is a player who has been dubbed the next generation "little giant." He's quite small, standing about the same height as Hinata, but his jumping ability is far superior to Hinata's. His other stats, including his receiving and blocking, are all outstanding. In a post-match interview, Hosiumi said, "Being small may be a disadvantage in volleyball, but it doesn't mean he can't do it!!"

The Karasuno upperclassmen were secretly worried that Hinata might be shocked by Hoshiumi's presence. He said that he had seen a stronger player in the same situation as himself, but those worries proved unfounded. After hearing Hoshiumi's interview earlier, Hinata was moved to tears and muttered, "I'm so glad I made it to Spring High." Rather than feeling frustrated, Hinata was inspired and will strive for even greater heights.
Season 4 Spoiler #5: They'll be facing off against Inarizaki High School, the Hyogo Prefecture representative!
Next up, we'll introduce the match against Inarizaki High School, representing Hyogo Prefecture, which is likely to be one of the highlights of the fourth season of "Haikyu!!." If both teams could survive the second day, Karasuno and Nekoma would be able to compete, but Karasuno's opponent on the second day was extremely formidable. Miya Atsumu is known as a "two-sword" player, possessing a consistent serve that allows him to execute both spike serves and jump floater serves. Furthermore, Miya Atsumu and Miya Osamu are the strongest brothers. Sugawara once told Hinata, "Even if Miya Atsumu is overwhelmed, the twin Osamu will make up for it."
