3rd Place: Nel's Participation
This is the scene where the heroine, Nel Rex, officially joins the game. Nel is a character who appeared from the beginning, but because she has already lost three times in the Gods' Game, she is unable to participate. Faye proposes that Nel play a game with the "God of Gambling." If she wins against the God of Gambling, one loss will be cancelled, allowing her to participate again. At first, Faye doesn't understand why Nel, who has retired from her role as an angel, is courting them. Among the "Games of the Gods," there is a terrifying game in which not a single player ever returns to reality. It's called "Escape the Labyrinth." Fei and his friends head to this game as a rescue team. The rules of the game are to defeat the final boss at the back of the labyrinth. Even if you are defeated, there is no concept of "losing" and you can retry. You might think that if there are no conditions for defeat, it must be easy, but retries are not a right but an "obligation," and forcing you to play difficult stages over and over again is nothing but a pain.
