The anime adaptation of Funeral Parlor Freiren, a popular series currently being serialized in Weekly Shonen Sunday, is scheduled to air in the fall of 2023! The story follows Freiren, a long-lived elf who lives in a different time period from humans and is part of the hero's party that defeated the Demon King. After the hero's death, she travels the world, meeting and parting with many people along the way. This is both a historical drama with Freiren as the main character and a story that creates various historical events within the story, so we've created something of a timeline for the series! However, as no calendar appears in the series, the exact dates are unknown. Please bear this in mind!

[Funeral of Freiren] A Summary of Freiren's History

I've summarized the history of Freiren, the elven magician and protagonist of Funeral of Freiren! Perhaps due to the protagonist's longevity, the story moves quickly, but I believe she's lived a much more fulfilling life since continuing her journey with Fern. I'm really curious to see how history will unfold in the future! The Freiren anime is scheduled to air in the fall of 2023, so if you're interested, be sure to check it out!
