Her official profile states that she specializes in freestyle grasshopper swimming, is 177cm tall, weighs 68kg, is born on February 2nd, is an Aquarius, and is a second-year high school student (as of the first season of the anime). He appears as a rival to the main character, Nanase Haruka. He used to be a friend of Haruka and Tachibana Makoto's, who attended the same swimming school. He studied abroad in Australia to study swimming, but after returning to Japan, his demeanor changed completely, leaving his former teammates confused.
