Ensemble Stars is a hugely popular male idol training game. It's been announced that it will be adapted into an anime series starting in July 2019, and we can't help but get excited. "Ensemble Stars," or "Enstars" for short, features many idol units, but "Trickstar" is the group the protagonist, "Transfer Student," first interacts with and cooperates with.

The name comes from a play on the words "trickster" (magician) and "star" (star), and their goal is to "overthrow the student council." They aim to revolutionize the rigid academy system and become the academy's brightest star. By the way, all the members are second-year students. They get along well and have a strong sense of unity. Their theme colors are red and blue.

A second-year high school student, he uses the first-person pronoun "ore." He's a positive-thinking, energetic, hardworking guy. However, he's always on the go and can be restless. However, his drive and hard work are highly regarded. He's optimistic and a mood-maker who loves to entertain others. She formed the idol unit "Trickstar" with fellow classmates Hokuto Hiyori and Makoto Yuki, and Mao Kinusara from Class B. The members get along well and share a strong bond.
What do you like?
She loves sparkly things. She loves the smiles of customers and loose change. But not in a mean way; she's more like a crow (?). She has a lot of foreign coins, and even though she's not broke, she earns money by working part-time jobs on campus. However, she doesn't seem to be very interested in stacks of bills. She also has a pet Shiba Inu named Daikichi.
He Likes to Give Nicknames
He seems to enjoy giving strange nicknames, and so far, he has given everyone except Natsume unique nicknames (such as "Hokkai~" and "Ukki~"). However, he says he hates being given nicknames himself. He gets close to people, but doesn't like it when others get too pushy. Surprisingly, in his first year, his positive personality didn't seem to fit in with the others, and he was isolated at times. What's your relationship with the other members?
As Trickstars, they're close, and the other members also understand Subaru well. For example, the calm and collected Hokuto Hidaka often scolds Subaru for being restless, but they trust each other. He entered the entertainment industry to be closer to his parents, who were often away from home due to their busy schedules. He was also often left at his grandparents' house as a child, so he's a grandma's boy. Perhaps because of this, he likes simple sweets and has a slightly old-fashioned side. However, he cherishes his grandmother, and the wisdom she taught him as a child has saved him many times.

He has black hair and blue eyes. He has a slim build and a well-proportioned appearance. His unit uniform is blue checkered. While the other members tend to wear their outfits casually or roll up their hems, he wears them just as they are.

He's a reliable, handsome boy with a background in modeling. He's also a member of Trickstar and was in the same class as the transfer student in his second year.
What's his personality like?
At first glance, he appears to be a lively, cheerful person, but he's actually quite shy. He and Subaru Myojo are nicknamed the "idiot duo," and while he tries to act like a funny guy to match Subaru's vibe, his conversations often end up falling flat. He's also apparently not good at talking to girls alone. That's surprising, isn't it? However, he's working hard to overcome his lack of eloquence and aims to become an idol. He's a member of the broadcasting club, which is why he's skilled with machines and also good at gathering information. He's also a beautiful young man without his glasses.

He's not as good at singing and dancing as the other members, but he's working hard to catch up. He also has good concentration, but his brakes and patience tend to break down easily, which worries both the other members and his seniors.

She's caring and reliable. Although he complains a lot, he keeps an eye on the other members and helps them out. He also serves as the student council's treasurer, but is a member of Trickstar, a unit that rivals the student council. He has a tendency to get caught up in troublesome situations, and although he doesn't want to get involved, he always struggles. As you'd expect from a student council member, he is adept at doing anything. He also doesn't seem to like being in the spotlight, and is more likely to support from behind the scenes. Apparently, she has a tendency to get dragged into things, which causes her constant troubles, much to her annoyance, but according to Ritsu, "Ma-kun is the type of person who's happy to get himself into a quagmire." She's also a genius, so she's good at everything, but she likes to support from behind.

Actually, she's also afraid of sharp objects. When she was little, Ritsuko bit her, even though it was just a joke, and it left her traumatized.
