"Combatants Will Be Dispatched!" is a light novel originally posted on Let's Become a Novelist by the author of "KonoSuba: God's Blessing on this Wonderful World!". It has since been adapted into a book and a comic, and will be adapted into an anime starting in April. This is an alternate-world comedy about a villainous, low-life combatant (the protagonist) who is transported to another world to engage in espionage activities. Their plan was to send their combatants to an extraterrestrial planet and make it a new home for Earthlings. Considering the possibility that if they were to lay off all the combatants at once, some of them might turn to justice and attack Earth, perhaps they had no choice but to do so.

Once you become a combatant, you undergo surgery and then participate in battles with heroes and evil deeds across the world. It's a very tough and dangerous job that can lead to death, but it's also very rewarding. However, to ensure equality among combatants, there is no pay raise system, and some combatants have not received any changes since their part-time jobs. Sentouin No. 6
This is the protagonist of the story. He is the longest-serving member of the Secret Society Kisaragi, and was hired as a part-timer while in high school and underwent surgery to modify his body. He gets along well with the executives, and despite having overcome many challenges, his salary has remained unchanged since his part-time days. While he would normally be considered a senior executive, his twisted and cynical personality truly embodies the essence of an evil organization. However, he isn't a villainous character who crosses the line, but rather a petty villain whose actions are small-scale. He remains a low-level fighter due to his problematic behavior, including repeated sexual harassment of women, but he is also an excellent asset, possessing a high level of humor and vitality.
Frozen Astaroth
A veteran member of the secret organization Kisaragi and one of the company's executives. His risqué fashion style is apparently in keeping with the aesthetics of evil organizations. She appears to be involved in the company's management, and it seems that Astaroth's job is mainly to bully the combatants. She seems to have feelings for Combatant No. 6 and worries about whether he will find a girl he can befriend in the other world. However, despite this, she treats him roughly. She seems to trust his cockroach-like vitality and ability to complete tasks, and is an evil female executive who easily makes him do reckless things, thinking that he will not die anyway.
Beliar of the Inferno
One of the veteran members of the secret society Kisaragi. Like Astaroth, she wears risqué clothing, but it does not appear to be cosplay. A militant executive who commands the combatants, she is in a position to personally go into battle and fight against heroes. Although she seems to have high combat abilities, she does not seem to understand much about management, and was frightened when she heard that the combatants would be laid off after the world conquest was completed.
Black Lilith
One of the veteran members of the secret society Kisaragi. A world-class scientist, Lilith is responsible for numerous inventions, including the teleportation device, making her undoubtedly a genius. However, she also has a tendency to be careless about things other than her own. She is the one who transported No. 6 to another world, almost like a human experiment, without ensuring the safety of the teleportation device. She has a small build and wears a lab coat and a monocle.
