Also, like Hanayama Kaoru, he does not have a background in martial arts, but rather has a style of overwhelming opponents with his own strength alone. And his specialty is continuous, breathless strikes, which he unleashes thanks to his incredible physical abilities. Spec gives the impression of being a very strong man, due to his ability to escape from harsh conditions and the brutal fighting scenes, but there is not a single scene in the story where he defeats Baki and the others. In his fight with Baki, he beats up a shaken Baki, but fails just before the break. In his fight against Hanayama, he tries to settle the fight with a fistfight, but Hanayama's indomitable durability and fierce counterattack ultimately crushes his throat, and he is completely defeated. Because of this, there is no scene in the story where Spec wins. It may have been because his opponents were bad, but the fact that there are no scenes where he wins is a negative point when considering his strength.
