To do so, the government turns back the AD 100 years.

The Vixia Royal District created a closed environment to protect the world's past. Important relics are kept in the castle. It was also the Vixia Royal District that secretly kept the wormhole, and the place where Kanata and his friends first flew was very close to Earth.
