To those around her, Koyanagi appears to be a capable, easy-going office lady. According to Kabakura, she's quick at her work but often makes small mistakes... But the real Koyanagi isn't all that easygoing! She's actually very caring towards the people she cares about. When Narumi starts dating Hirotaka and avoids him because she doesn't know how to keep her distance, Koyanagi responds, "If there's nothing going on, just act normal. It's annoying. It's a shame you're avoiding him for no reason." His subtle, tsundere attitude, while still being affectionate, is typical of Koyanagi.
Advice for Hirotaka?
Narumi wants to go on normal dates like she's had with her previous boyfriends! So Hirotaka and Narumi decide to go on a date where they don't use otaku slang. However, Hirotaka is troubled by the lack of progress, and the lack of romantic chemistry. "Even if two people who go at their own pace get together, they're never going to be on the same page. Take it slow, if that's your pace," Koyanagi advises. When Hirotaka thanks her, Koyanagi thinks to herself, "You've become more human recently, or maybe even cuter," and her nosy side comes out again.

Speaking of Koyanagi, he has a funny and twisted side, and likes to tease and play pranks on Kabakura. He also loves Narumi, but he can't help but tease her because she's so cute. In the background were the words "Zukyuuun!", which was used in the scene in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure where Dio steals the first kiss from JoJo's first love, Erina! It was quite a shock, wasn't it? Lol. Just like Hanako-nee-san! Naoya couldn't help but blush.

Consciously thinking about your favorite character...a commitment to cosplay.
Famous cosplayer Koyanagi says the joy of cosplay is thinking only about your favorite character while making the costume, and the sense of accomplishment you feel when it's finished. Even when Narumi struggles with creating her doujinshi, he told her, "A hobby is only a hobby if you enjoy it. If you have to suffer for it, what's the point?" This is exactly Koyanagi's approach to cosplay: enjoying your hobby wholeheartedly without compromise! Koyanagi is truly charming!

"A hobby is only a hobby if you enjoy it." Hearing Koyanagi's words, Narumi is inspired, saying, "I have to be serious about it... Compromising isn't fun!" She stays up all night to complete the doujinshi. Koyanagi is deeply moved when she reads it! I thought the color of the wig I was using for my Narumi cosplay was a little too bright, so I was thinking about ordering a new one, but Narumi inspired me and I decided to recreate it myself. Thanks to that, my Narumi cosplay turned out to be so well-made that Comiket attendees even asked if they could take photos with me. We're both such a great influence on each other, and it's wonderful!
