An organization that believes that Earth should be ruled by a superior race. A group of invaders who first told Earthlings about the space contraction phenomenon. They spread a drug in America, causing those exposed to it to become violent and turn to crime. However, only Kotaro Azuma becomes a hero due to the effects of the drug. While the Dark Star's true goal does not appear to be to invade Earth, there are still many mysteries and unknowns.

The leader of the Dark Star. He seems to look down on Earthlings.
Rei

Moroboshi's twin brother. He was kidnapped by terrorists as a child, and his body was later taken over by someone else, so he cannot be called Rei himself. He died in the battle with Moroboshi.
