The latest information on "Ultraman Blazer," the latest installment in the Ultra series, which begins airing in July, is gradually being released. Hilma Gent: Tomoya Warabino

Hilma Gent is the protagonist who will unite with Ultraman Blazer to fight monsters. Gent was a member of the Global Guardian Force (GGF), a special forces unit of the Earth Defense Force. The space crustacean monster Bazanga suddenly appears, and a special forces unit led by Gent is dispatched, but finds itself in danger. At that moment, Ultraman appears in a flash of light. This Ultraman is none other than Ultraman Blazer. Gent is enveloped in Ultraman Blazer's light and chosen to become Ultraman Blazer. He is then appointed captain of the Special Monster Response Detachment "SKaRD" and begins fighting alongside his secretly formed teammates.

Director Taguchi's Characteristic Protagonist

Director Kiyotaka Taguchi stated in an interview that this work is "different from his work of the past 10 years." This is the first TV series to feature a protagonist in the role of captain, who is married with children from the start. The captain's position is akin to middle management, and Taguchi said he wanted to incorporate into the story how the captain communicates with his superiors, his teammates, his wife and children, and the aliens. The idea started with the idea that casting a commander who shoulders all of these burdens as the main character would be interesting, but when we actually tried it, it was so much fun that it made us wonder why we'd only seen rookies in the previous series, Director Taguchi said.

After being scouted by the Earth Defense Force and joining, she worked as an intelligence officer all over the world. As a result, she learned the ins and outs of the world at a young age, which led to her distrust of both people and governments. However, she has excellent marksmanship and physical abilities, and is capable of combat missions. It will be exciting to see how this quirky character, Emi, develops.

Although he sometimes speaks his mind in a Kansai dialect, which can put others off, he is generally a friendly and lovable character.

He's such an amazing actor that I don't think he needs any introduction. He originally started out as a model before moving to the United States and becoming an actor. He moved to the United States and appeared in Hollywood productions, and he's still active today.
