Teasing Master Takagi-san is a popular manga written by Yamamoto Souichirou and currently serialized in Gessan, published by Shogakukan. It was originally serialized in Gessan mini, a supplement to Gessan, from 2013, and when Yamamoto's regular Kyouko-chan ended its run in 2016, it was transferred to the magazine and serialized there instead. It became a hot topic for its cute pranks and heart-warming youthfulness that took viewers back to their school days, and in 2018 it was made into a long-awaited anime. This time, we'll introduce the charms of the two cute children, Chii!

Takagi-san and Nishikata-kun are classmates in junior high school and sit next to each other in the same class. Takagi-san teases Nishikata in various ways almost every day, and Nishikata tries to think of various countermeasures to counter it, but in the end, he always ends up being teased according to Takagi-san's calculations. A special feeling slowly grows in the midst of this teasing. This is a new type of "teasing love comedy" that depicts the daily lives of these two.

The heroine and protagonist of this work. She has a crush on Nishikata, who sits next to her, and as one way of expressing her affection for him, she teases him in various ways every day, enjoying seeing his reactions. She is a very cute-looking junior high school girl with a good figure for her age. She is very smart, has excellent grades, and uses her intelligence to always read Nishikata one or two steps ahead, and whenever he retaliates, she hits him twice as hard. When she teases Nishikata, she has a very expressive face and shows a variety of smiles. By the way, just like Nishikata, his first name is completely unknown, so let's hope it's not Yutaka (lol)

The protagonist of this work, and one who could also be called the heroine (lol). Every day, Takagi-san teases him in various ways, and although he tries to get revenge somehow, everything backfires in front of Takagi-san, and he ends up being teased even more instead. He has a completely normal personality as a middle school student, and is basically a serious boy who thinks, speaks, and acts his age. He is a pure-hearted Nishikata-kun who adores reading a shoujo manga called 100% Unrequited Love.

Chi

The child of Nishikata and Takagi-san, who appears in the main story in "Memories" and "Nishikata". She is a young girl who is mainly active in the spin-off work "Teasing Master (Former) Takagi-san". Her exact age and name have not been revealed. By the way, his last name is Nishikata, of course (lol)

Cuteness #1: Appearance

Relatively speaking, Takagi-san's genes remain strong in appearance, and her hairstyle is also completely exposed on the forehead. Even if he looked like Nishikata, his face wouldn't have been bad, but in terms of pure cuteness, it's good that he looks like Takagi-san. I wonder if his eyes are more like Nishikata's? He's inherited the best parts of both of them and has a very cute appearance.

Cuteness #2: Inside

Chi looks like Takagi-san, but where is the Nishikata element? It's in her inner self. He has Takagi-san's looks, but inside he is very much like Nishikata, and his mother, Takagi-san, always teases him about it (lol). The way he thinks is just like Nishikata, and Nishikata has the thought process of a toddler (lol). Just kidding, both father and son are teased by Takagi-san on friendly terms.

Cuteness #3: Good at being teased

As mentioned above, he looks like Takagi-san and is a hybrid of Nishikata, so he is always teased by his mother, Takagi-san. It's like he's really looking at Nishikata, and it's very heartwarming to watch. Here's a little bit of that scene.

Teasing Part 1 Green Pepper

When Chi was pretending to eat green peppers, which she hates, even though it was obvious that she had, she insisted that she had eaten them, and the former Takagi-san's signature funny face exploded, and the green peppers fell out of her mouth (lol)

Teasing Part 2: Wish

He promised to grant any wish if Chi-chan ate the peppers properly, but since she didn't eat them, it would be Chi-chan who would have to grant the wish instead, so Takagi-san is being mean and says he'll make the wish three. What a lovely parent and child (lol)

Teasing Part 3: Parent and Child Together

The two are teased by Takagi-san in a friendly manner. From his reactions to everything else, he is really Nishikata inside, he is a really adorable child.

Cuteness #4: Her Grown-up Appearance

Chi-chan, who has become a middle school student, is also drawn a little, and she looks just like Takagi-san, trying to tease the boy sitting next to her. Could this mean that Tonishikata is only a child, and when she grows up, she looks and feels like Takagi-san? So, is this really the second season of Takagi-san? I got people excited, but in conclusion, even though he's grown up, he still looks just like Takagi's head Nishikata (lol). He's affectionately known as Nishikata who's bad at teasing. By the way, it's a bit unclear which one he speaks like, but he does have a strong way of speaking, and when he gets flustered, he's still just like Nishikata.

Cuteness #5: She loves her daddy

This is probably similar to Takagi-san in a way. She just loves her daddy and even says she'll marry him in the future. That makes Chi-chan and Takagi-san rivals (lol). They're really close and I think they're the best family. I wonder if she'll be told to stay away when she hits puberty...

Nishikata Chi-chan Summary!

So, if you think about it objectively, Takagi-san and Nishikata-kun met in middle school, got married, and had a cute girl. I guess Takagi-san wouldn't let Nishikata get away until he made the mistake of disliking him (lol), which means Mano-chan and Nakai-kun too... And so, we were introduced to Chi-chan, the child of the two who appears in "Teasing Master (Former) Takagi-san," a work that depicts the future of the two. With the appearance of Takagi-san and the personality of Nishikata-kun, she is a cute girl who could be said to have taken the best of both of them, so be sure to check out Chi-chan in the spin-off work "Teasing Master (Former) Takagi-san." Thank you for staying with us until the end.
