The anime "Teasing Master Takagi-san 2" will begin in July 2019. Takagi-san and Nishikata made us all excited and grin in the first season, but that only increases with each volume. It's a youthful love comedy that will make you feel excited. This time, we will consider the teasing that will be seen in the second season. Please use this as a reference for the second season of the anime.
How many volumes of teasing will be seen in the second season?
Season 1 will be volumes 1 to 6
Volumes 1 to 6 were broadcast in season 1. Although there are some episodes that were not broadcast, it is expected that the second season will start from volume 7. From volume 7 onwards, Takagi's teasing in the form of appeals will become more intense (lol). Of course, the insensitive Nishikata doesn't notice at all, but his insensitivity and purity are irresistibly adorable! However, I would like to see episodes that were not broadcast in the second season broadcast.
Teasing that can be seen in the second season, part 1
From here on, I will introduce the teasing that will be seen in the second season, and a little bit about the story. Please be careful as it contains spoilers.
Invitation
First of all, let's start with this. This episode, "Promise," feels more like bargaining than teasing, but it's so exciting to watch that I believe it will definitely be in season 2! It's the scene where they meet by chance during summer vacation, and Nishikata walks Takagi, who is heavy with luggage, home. Nishikata is so kind! The conversation then turns to the summer festival. Takagi would never invite anyone, and Nishikata, who somehow understands Takagi's true intentions but isn't entirely sure, is left feeling restless (lol). Nishikata freezes up after this, which is so innocent and cute.
The best smile
Nishikata tries to ask if the "someone who often gets teased" is him, but Takagi-san's playfulness keeps changing the subject. He doesn't end up telling her until they get home, but in the end, he invites her to the summer festival! And Takagi-san's smile is just amazing. I couldn't stop grinning. It's a cute episode that brings them closer together, so please look forward to it!
Teasing seen in season 2, part 2
Ice
Next up is the story "Ice". I'm sure this will be in season 2 too! It starts with the two of them, smiling slightly, trying to give their hand warmers to Takagi-san in the cold, which makes their hands go numb. Nishikata is so kind! Then, they discover a big puddle of ice in front of them, and the game begins. The winner is the one who carries the biggest piece of ice to the school gate. However, if they break it, they lose the game. And the moment Takagi said "The loser has to warm the hand of the winner" in the middle of the game, Nishikata's ice broke into pieces. The timing was perfect (lol)
Double the embarrassment
When Nishikata heard that it was warming, he thought it meant holding hands, but as expected, Takagi was better at it. He held out his hand, paused for a moment, and said, "Give me a hand warmer." The misunderstanding was so embarrassing! You can feel Nishikata's complicated feelings! Takagi's smug face is irresistible. This is how Nishikata is always caught up in Takagi's pace (laughs)
Teasing seen in season 2, part 3
Mizu-kiri
This has been revealed in the PV for season 2. It's a story called "Mizu-kiri". This is so thrilling! Nishikata challenges Takagi to a water-kiri contest on the way home from school, but this is the first teasing, "If you want to beat me so badly, I'll let you win if you hold hands." If you hold hands, that means you want to hold hands. He doesn't notice it, and the way he gets embarrassed and turns it down in the heat of the moment is just too cute.
Did you hold hands?
Just before he threw it, Nishikata said, "I have 30 times," and Nishikata became flustered again, and his record was 0 times. He then added that he would like to throw it 30 times, and as a result, Takagi-san won by making him throw it three times. When he found a good rock to try again and made a fist pump, his back hit Takagi-san and he almost fell into the river. Nishikata saved him! He's so cool. Takagi-san's startled expression at this time is so cute! Takagi asks if they held hands at this time, right? Nishikata replies that they didn't, but if they had said they did, they would have actually won the game. He said it at the beginning (lol) This teasing is also great.
Teasing seen in season 2, part 4
Fishing
This is a story called "fishing". This will definitely be in season 2 too! The winner is the one who catches five crucian carp in the pond first, or one big fish. With Takagi leading, Nishikata catches a big carp. For a moment, Takagi tries to pull Nishikata so he doesn't fall. Time stops only for Nishikata (lol)
Koi? Love?
I think this is the boldest move he's made so far! Nishikata's heart won't stop beating. Is it teasing him when he says, "Koi, you were close," at the perfect moment when Nishikata is about to realize, "That was a close call?" It makes me grin. Takagi's teasing is getting bolder and bolder.
Teasing seen in season 2, part 5
This one starts with Nishikata trying to get revenge on Takagi-san after receiving a deceptive email from Kimura, who is in the same class. He really is always thinking about Takagi-san (lol). In response to the question "Do you like steak? Do you not like it?", if he sends "I like it," the email will become something like "Takagi-san," so he sends "I like it (steak)." It's another smirking development.
This is so exciting
This is actually the video he sent to Nishikata. Nishikata is excited that Takagi-san took the trouble to send him a reply in a video and in such a cute way, but it seems that Takagi-san also took a lot of courage, as she blushed afterwards, which Nishikata keeps a secret! This teasing is really a win-win for everyone!
We're looking forward to the teasing in season 2 too!
What did you think? There's still plenty of heart-stopping teasing to enjoy in the main story. Takagi-san is so out of it in season 2 that it makes you think that her teasing in season 1 was still cute! In a good way. Nishikata is still as shy and insensitive as ever, and I think that's what makes Takagi-san's teasing so fun. There's not much left until season 2. Look forward to it!
